Service was exclusive and on time. Rode with family and they were very accommodating when it came to the children. No complaints.

Trip was July 13-18 Drive from airport was fine. We had a drop off at our resort with no problem. The following day , a lady from bookings (I guess) called because she saw my party was a no show. I confirmed that indeed the shuttle service dropped me off at my destination. She then confirmed pick for departure on Saturday at 9:10. The same day I received confirmation in my trip advisor account of the pickup details. On Saturday morning at 7:22, I messaged to confirm pickup for 9:10. I reached out serval times after in the app with no one responding. I called several times about 9:15 and after with no one picking up the phone. Finally I was able to speak with someone around 9:33 and was told we were still marked as a no show and there was no one available to pick us up on time to get to the airport before departure. He told me to book another shuttle at resort and he would refund half the fees. We barely made it to the airport within the hour frame that I needed to verify my passport and check in since I couldn't do it online. I do not recommend this shuttle service as I have continued to reach out to the with no response. I will be disputing the charge still for breach of contract. I ended up paying $25 more for shuttle service as well as cell phone charges for placing 3 international phone calls, as the first connection they hung up. The 2nd we were disconnected and the third was the "resolve".

After reviewing our records, your booking was recorded as a no-show for both arrival and departure, and our attempts to contact you before the services were unsuccessful. On the morning of your departure, we were contacted around your scheduled pickup time, by which point we were no longer able to accommodate the transfer. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a refund for the unused departure service. We regret the inconvenience and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
Solo female travel from airport to resort. No safety concerns, driver was informative, though he didn’t have to be. Well ventilated but also with A/C. Comfortable seats for my 45 minute ride to my destination. I will book again without a second thought.

Desk agent was super friendly and helpful. Answered all our questions and quickly got us on our shuttle to start our vacation.

Vehicle was a van with other people air conditioning the best value in town my ride was like 2 half hours from the airport we was the last to get drop off driver was nice he allow us to grab some food from scotties his radio wasn't working but I wish they get wifi for the ride but everything went as plan

Nice long drive to ocho rios driver was nice to let us get some food away the way the vehicle radio was not working but the A.C air conditioner was working the vehicle we where in a van with other people they got drop off before us they stayed in other parishes or hotel along the way
