Our guide was absolutely fantastic! He friendly, knowledgeable, and well-organized throughout the trip. He shared interesting facts about Niagara Falls, managed the schedule perfectly, and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the experience. I highly recommend taking one of the boat tours

The bus was punctual and precise, it made several stops but there was only 1 bathroom on the bus and it was out of order. The guide spoke in English and I would have liked headphones like hop hop. Overall pleasant. The majestic waterfalls!

The guide helped us very well, was very friendly, and was very empathetic. Gave us a very good tip. I took a trip alone with my two-year-old child and was always helped with our stroller.
