It is truly one of the wonders of Colombia, very worth the experience. I highly recommend the tour. Our guide Germán was excellent!! Always very inquisitive and taking us where we wanted, congratulations.
It has been a very fructuous visit, the construction of the cathédrale is so grandiose as it left us without words. The guide with whom we spend at least 3 hours was Great, his knowledge of the Columbia history is so GOOD. We recommend the tour with Freddy, the guide.
It's a long drive from Bogotá and of course the return too. I wouldn't recommend this unless you're traveling by it. However my driver was great - Germán H. . He was prompt, a good driver, offered various pieces of information along the trip, very professional and friendly.

The salt mine is a short walk outside of Bogotá, and the normal round trip takes more than an hour, yet you can appreciate the nearby landscapes and towns. Regards

German was a perfect bilingual driver fir us ...my husband practiced his spanish and we got a good idea of the countryside of Bogota. The salt cathedral is a must to visit ....it takes a good two hours with a guide and do t miss having coffee in the mines itself ! Great way to spend our last day in Bogota.
