Porta Genova é uma estação ferroviária em Milão, Itália, localizada na linha ferroviária suburbana Passante Ferroviario di Milano. Foi inaugurado em 2004 e oferece conexões para outras partes de Milão e regiões vizinhas. A estação tem o nome da vizinha Porta Genova, um dos antigos portões das muralhas da cidade de Milão.
Darsena é um distrito de Milão, Itália, localizado na área de Navigli. É conhecida por sua animada vida noturna, bares e restaurantes da moda. O bairro leva o nome do canal Naviglio Grande, que funcionava como porto comercial e hoje é um local popular para caminhadas e passeios de barco. A área de Darsena passou por uma remodelação significativa nos últimos anos, tornando-se um dos bairros mais procurados de Milão.
O Naviglio é um sistema de canais em Milão, Itália, composto pelo Naviglio Grande e Naviglio Pavese. Os canais foram originalmente construídos no século XII para ligar Milão a outras cidades e facilitar o comércio. Uma "Porta Ticinese" já fazia parte das muralhas medievais de Milão (século XII); a porta medieval é um dos poucos vestígios das muralhas medievais que ainda existem, e está localizada na mesma zona da moderna "Porta Ticinese", mas mais perto do centro da cidade (visto que as muralhas medievais encerravam uma área menor do que as muralhas espanholas). A localização atual do portão (numa praça que hoje se chama "Piazzale XIV Maggio") foi estabelecida durante o domínio espanhol, no século XVI.

Wow 👌. We had so much fun visiting authentic local food establishments and learning about the history and traditions of the region. Elena, our tour guide was passionate and very knowledgeable on the subject and answered all our questions. We were well looked after in the extreme heat. The venues were well chosen and personally I enjoyed everything I tasted. Some very unusual combinations worked really well together. We left extremely happy 😊.

This was such an enjoyable tour. Elena was an awesome guide, very friendly, so enthusiastic and really informative. We tried 5 delicious dishes mixed with some wonderful wine and prosecco. The stay at each stop was just right. Perfect amount of time to enjoy the food and soak up the atmosphere. We did this on our first night which was a great way of familiarising ourselves with the area and getting some tips for where to eat on subsequent nights. Great tour - definitely recommended!

Elena was such a great guide! Full of energy and passionate about Milan, its history and FOOD! Every single dish was so so good, the wine, variety of dishes that I would never have tried on my own. There wasn’t one thing that I didn’t like. It was a good way to see some of Milan and eat great food. Elena also gave great recommendations. She really made the tour fantastic!

Elena was amazing! She took us to all of the best local spots and gave us such amazing knowledge of Milan. Our personal favorite was the cannoli, risotto with cheese and pears, and the gelato (of course)!

It ended up just being myself so had my own private tour with Elena. She is an amazing guide showing us some Milanese dishes and food the locals visit and eat. There was alot of food, but from previous experience I made sure I had an empty stomach. The only item I could not eat was the large Arancini which normally would be split between two. I ate the rest later. Highly recommend this tour to have an introduction to the food scene in Milan and Elena will provide recommendations around Milan and near your hotel.

This was such a rewarding tour. Food quality & quantity are so much. I couldn’t eat much at the last stop because I was so full. Elena, our tour guide was so passionate about food. The way she described everything was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the areas she took us to as well. The FOOD - omg insanely delicious!!!! Our guide sent us all the stops we went to & more recommendations in the area to go visit during the trip. She went out of her way to send me recs for where I had my Airbnb.
