Milão: Skip-The-Line A Última Ceia e Catedral do Duomo

It's the worst tour that we have been on. There was no pre-trip communication so we the customers scatted around the specified meeting area which covered a large area, trying to find others who were doing the same trip. The guide and the person who did the roll call showed up at the tour start time and even then it was not clear if it was the right guide for us. More about this. We were meandering the Milan streets and typically the guide will help get the people across the street safely or give out a clear direction on where to walk to and wait for the rest of the group but our guide would just take off and as much as we tried to speed up, there were always going to be some people who couldn't make it through the traffic light and as soon as they caught up, our guide was already ways ahead. The whole trip was very stressful. It's clear that some folks were struggling. It had become a chase the guide tour. This "I am not concerned about who was following me" style became very apparent whenever we were inside buildings. She would point to something with her flag and just talked and walked and then started talking about something else. We could hear her but we were not at where she was at. If we decided not to move, she would not have known that she's talking to herself because she never turned back to see if her audience was around. It's very obvious that she was trying to get through her script and becoming disengaged from the whole group experience. Lots of interruptions during the tour. One member had shown up with her luggage so trying to help her took sometime which negatively affected the guide's mood. Some other people decided to depart from the group and join later so that also took some discussion. Later on, we were looking for the lady with the luggage and I don't know what happened there. Towards the later half of the trip we learned that the luggage lady was never part of the tour. OK, who should be responsible for this? The Guide? The man who took the roll call? The company? No one knows who is who. Another lousy organization. Then right before the highlight of the tour, the Last Supper visit, the tour guide was trying to hand out paper tickets to us and some people did not even have tickets. The office handed her a bunch of tickets for people who were not on this tour! It's really an amateur hour to observe problems after problems on this tour. Solving that took some more time with the backend people and there was this gentleman who came out to rescue us for the nth time. Then right before we were about to see the Last Supper, our audio had problems. Given the limited 15 minutes, we had to stay shoulder to shoulder with each other and our guide in the corner to listen to her without the mic. As a result, we did not enjoy looking at the painting in peace but turning to her to listen to her and then looking at the painting to see what she was saying and turning back to her again, on repeat. Then 15 minutes is up, all out of there. I do not recommend this tour at all. It's very expensive and the communication and the experience are very substandard. This tour includes a 1.5 hours of lunch on your own time so the actual tour is way less. There was so many time wasted on firefighting so we personally ended up missing a later engagement - the worst Tripadvisor experience ever. If you fly in for the Last Supper like we did, do not book with this company.

You don't spend much time in the Duomo and it doesn't include the rooftop. But the Last Supper was incredible!

We had a fantastic experience on this full-day Milan tour with David. The organization was excellent from beginning to end, and David was an exceptional guide—knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly dedicated to making the experience enjoyable for everyone. Although the tour may seem long at first, David’s ability to manage the group, keep us engaged, and maintain our enthusiasm and attention throughout the entire day was truly impressive. His explanations added so much depth to what we were seeing, and we discovered details and stories that many other tours simply don’t include. Of course, the star of the tour is The Last Supper. We were extremely satisfied with the experience and felt that every part of the tour was worthwhile. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Milan beyond the usual highlights and learn details that other tours tend to overlook. Thank you, David, for an unforgettable day in Milan!

Davide was so passionate and knowledgeable about his city. He kept a reasonable pace and covered a lot of ground. He allowed enough time for a lunch break and gave extra tips about other things to see and do. Great description of The Last Supper and the Sforza Castle.

Guide (Jada) very pleasant and well-informed. Schedule respected. All the sites visited were interesting, obviously including the Last Supper. We were unable to visit the Duomo because of a special ceremony, but Viator refunded us quickly.

Perfect way to see the city sights with limited time staying in the city. Our guide was very knowledgeable and answered lots of questions. Would definitely recommend this tour if you’re time poor but want to squeeze in as much as possible and are happy to walk for 5-6 hours (with breaks)
