Amazing guide. She was engaging and knowledgeable. It was great to get a history lesson on the David.

Informative and breath taking tour of the Duomo. Greta was informative and while there were many many stairs to climb she took a few breaks to make it accessible for the group. We definately learned more than we would have on our own and the view from the dome across Florence was worth the effort of the climb

It does not involve much walking so is suitable for most people and age groups. Our guide was a very lovely lady. She gave us so much information regarding Michael Angelo and his incredible vision. A thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Our guide was so sweet and kind. She showed a real passion and made sure to include everyone. Whether that be through eye contact or asking/ awnsering questions. She made the experience very interactive and interesting.

Angela's knowledge and passion allowed us to learn so much about David and other arts in the Galleria. She managed to maneuver her group through the crowds gracefully. Thank you! We truly enjoyed our time and learning.

Our tour guide Giovanna was one of the best guides I have ever had for a museum tour anywhere. Even though the Galleria dell'Accademia is not one of the larger museums, of the course of a 1+ hour tour, Giovanna was able to share a wealth of knowledge with everyone in the group, sprinking bits of humor and an infectious enthusiasm for the art throughout. She thoroughly answered all questions that we had and made sure to tailor the tour to the group's interests. She constantly checked in on how all of us were doing, and we never felt rushed or pressed for time. It's very helpful that you're given an earpiece with adjustable volume so that you're able to hear Giovanna with clarity despite the crowds and noise of the galleries. Would definitely recommend. For barely more than the cost of admission to the Galleria itself, it's a no-brainer to choose the tour.

The most disappointing: first - waiting for a guide, never found whoever was leading it… contacting a company over phone - only voicemail. The only reliable communication - through their own app - got us only AI based response. Eventually a human responded after a half an hour - too late for anything. Why, why we need to load a ln app for one tour?! And if we filled in EVERYTHING - including phone number, email, etc - why no one can check before leaving? Company offered me rebook THE SAME TOUR 5 days after: is this a joke?! And pay another 25 for it?!! It was a rare occasion when I actually was supposed to be in a city a week later. I reached out asking if this money can be applied to another tour they had exactly at the time I was in anther museum - flat no. Poor customer service, super disappointing.

To see Michalangelo’s David, and also some of his other works (the Prisoners) was super cool. Our guide was very knowledgeable about The David and pointed out some interesting things we didn’t know.
