We enjoyed the driver and he drove well for the conditions. We were concerned with our driver continuing to text while driving; not just during stops. It was awkward, but he quickly agreed. He made us very nervous. I believe most agree distracted driving unacceptable

Amazing Miami City Tour, the driver walked with us and gave us all the information and showed us the best of the city. We loved the cafesito in little Havana and the Cuban Cigar shop! He recommended us the best restaurant in Bayside!! 100% Recommended

Unfortunately our tour was cancelled 15 minutes AFTER we were supposed to be picked up. The tour operator said it was cancelled by TripAdvisor but upon calling they said the tour operator cancelled. The only explanation we were able to get was that our pick up location was not in their area, however we put our pick up location on the original sign up and were never told that it was not acceptable. It was very disappointing to have the the tour cancelled as we planned our trip a day early just to experience Miami and were not able to rebook anything at that late time.

To clarify, the pick-up location you provided was approximately an hour and a half away from the Miami Beach tour area. Given the distance, we anticipated that the round-trip travel time for pick-up and drop-off would take up to 4 hours of the total 4-hour tour duration, leaving little time for the actual tour itself. Additionally, the driver had already been in traffic for almost 40 minutes on his way to pick you up, which further contributed to the timing challenges. Taking all this into consideration, we felt it would be best to cancel the tour and issue a full refund, as we wanted to avoid providing a rushed or disappointing experience. We understand how important your time is, and we regret that this wasn't communicated more clearly ahead of time. We would love to offer you a private tour in the Miami area with a more convenient pick-up location for a better experience in the future. I am so glad I booked this private tour. My family and I just came back from a cruise with a late flight we were going to book a tour through the cruise line but opted for this private tour. I am so glad I did, the experience was effortless. We were promptly picked up at the Port with ease no hassles or waiting. The driver was very professional and polite. Nice car and nice driver but it was not a guided tour but we were driven to 4 different places to walk around ourselves. The tour was barely 3.5 hours.

very nice visit of Miami + Miami Beach in a luxury car. The stop/visit at the Wydenham Walls very much recommended. If you don't expect a fully commented tour, but a calm drive, this is for you.
