Incredible being honest to this day I don't believe what I saw

Amazing experience! It truly is as beautiful as the pictures show! The staff was great! We loved everything about it!

It was absolutely amazing the pictures of the bioluminescence phenomenon doesn’t do it justice this is a must see in person to appreciate it! And then to look up at the stars in the sky that night was the icing on the cake for me! The food and drinks at the bar was delicious as well as the fire show afterwards. The staff on the boat were amazing Captain Vincent, Spider-Man, and Chip were very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Make sure you leave them a big tip. I am definitely going to do this excursion again when I come back to beautiful Jamaica!!!

This might have been an enjoyable experience if the tour guides were not so rude. They kept banging on the boat and asking if we spoke English and hollering at us about where to swim in the water and where to come for pictures. Their attitudes really ruined our excursion. Most of our group got back on the boat before it was time because of how offensive the guys were. The water didn’t glow as brightly as we expected, but I know that has more to do with the elements than anything else. I hope that in the future, management pays close attention to their tour guides and provide better training on customer service. Everything else about my trip was great except for this tour. I was highly disappointed. Please do better.

Our driver, Terry AKA "The Babysitter," was prompt and friendly. He took good care of us. I also appreciated that we received our tickets via email in a timely manner. However, it was a little confusing as the tour is described online as "Glistening Waters night tour, but the signage at our destination say "Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tour" so I wasn't sure that we were in the right place, and when I asked the ticket person, she told me I was in the wrong place and that I needed to talk to my driver. It was important to be at the right location because we paid a premium for the "glass bottom boat tour." When I was comparing tours this one stood out because it included description on "Tripadvisor" of a glass bottom tour, and I have the screenshots to prove it. Another tour was nearly half the price. My complaint and concern is that the description from Tripadvisor is inaccurate. This tour does NOT include a glass bottom boat and does not start at the Glistening Waters Restaurant (maybe there was a name change?). Instead, this trip INCLUDES PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION which is a great perk, but it added to the the cost of the tour. Be aware that you're not paying extra for a glass bottom boat, but for private transportation. If private transportation is important to you, then Terry will take good care of you. If cost is a bigger concern, there are other more affordable options.

We went with our baby girl(almost 12 months). It was a nice experience. Kevin was our driver he was very knowledgable and shared a lot of information about the different parishes. While we waited for the next boat to come, they had a fire show. It was great. I forgot the name of our captain but he was amazing. He taught us a lot about the richness of Jamaican culture and its people. One love. ❤️🇯🇲 We took the ride with Falmouth Mystic Lagoon Tours.

Was beautiful and fun! The driver was wonderful he arrived on time handled all the tickets and got us back very polite and professional!

What an incredible experience! Our driver Teric was delightful and knowledgeable. Captain Mike was great, he brought us to a secluded place and encouraged us to have a great swim. Overall a stellar experience.

At the beginning it was a little creepy. Our driver pulled into an area that of course is dark and we saw a bunch of locals at a hut. Being not from Jamaica we felt a little uneasy but when our driver talked to the lady at the bar and came back he told us what the plan was. We then went to the pier and boarded a boat that was going to take us out onto the bay. The crew was very nice and explained everything to us about the history of the bay and why it "lights up". The bay is very dark with very little lights except what is on the boat. To get the full experience once we arrived to our part of the bay he turned off the lights and said this is the part we can jump in. The bay really does light up as you swim in the water. The bottom of the bay feels really weird b/c you kind of sink into it a little bit. It doesn't feel like the normal bottom of the water that you would expect. So for myself I had to do a lot of high knees in the water to keep from sinking in the mud. They said I wouldn't sink but it wasn't the most comfortable feeling. To get the best view of the water lighting up is when your in the boat and moving. The engines really "disturb" the algae which makes it really bright. They do take your picture and you can purchase for a fee but if your phone is water resistant that will capture the light up as well. Overall it is an awesome time and would highly recommend. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is b/c I felt the Luminous Lagoons in Puerto Rico light up brighter.

Carlos is hands down the best tour guide we have ever hired. We travel 2-3 times/yr and we have never experienced someone more welcoming and friendly. This was our second time using JMT for airport transfer, they are always early and we have not had any issues. This time we booked a guided tour to Negril, our driver was Richie and this wonderful person was everything we could have asked for. He was friendly, knowledgeable and above all else made us feel safe and secure. Carlos is not only the best in the business but I consider him a friend as well. Thank you to Carlos, Richie and the rest of his staff, we appreciate you!!!
