Our visit to Nicole’s Table was one of the absolute highlights of our cruise. We chose the Coordinating Curry Class, and it turned out to be so much more than a cooking lesson — it felt like spending the afternoon in the home of friends who genuinely love sharing their culture, food, and stories. We joined another family and from the moment we arrived, Nicole made us feel completely welcome. She has a warm, engaging personality and a natural way of teaching that makes every step fun and approachable, even if you’re not an experienced cook (like me). The class was hands‑on, relaxed, and filled with great conversations. We learned how to build flavors from scratch, use local ingredients, and create curries that were layered, aromatic, and absolutely delicious. The best part was enjoying everything we made together while looking out over the beautiful views from her home. It was the best excursion of our cruise and gave us a chance to connect with the island in a meaningful way. If you’re visiting Antigua and want something memorable, personal, and genuinely flavorful, Nicole’s Table is a must. This was easily one of our favorite experiences of the entire trip, and we’d do it again in a heartbeat. I also want to cook more and plan to attend some of her zoom classes throughout the year.

This was a great experience: wonderful teacher (patient, funny, warm and welcoming), beautiful setting, great food, and fun company. I'm so glad we did this, and would definitely come back for another lesson next time!

Nicole was amazing! She was funny and sweet and knowledgeable. We were so excited to spend the day with her learning how to cook curry chicken. Her house was amazing and so was her husband Adam. After we were done cooking we got to sit on her amazing patio with a breathtaking view of Antigua and enjoy the meal we (myself and my husband) had just prepared alongside with Nicole and her husband. If you ever plan to go to Antigua, go check her out. It is well worth the experience.

Lovely experience! Nicole opens her beautiful home to teach how to make Caribbean dishes. Relaxed well planned, and delicious. She provided great guidance and simple instructions! Printed menus for all dishes were provided for us to take home. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Nicole was wonderful as a host. She has a great knowledge of the island and is a friend to all. We did the curry class and learned much about the different types of curry and their variations. The rum punch is very beneficial for one’s health. It was a great day.

Coordinating curry with Nicole was a highlight of our visit. The menu was an exquisite combination of spicy, savoury and sweet. Nicole was entertaining and her home has a welcoming terrace with a spectacular view! Enjoying our meal al fresca was delightful!

One of our favorite things we did on vacation. We learned so much and the food was sensational! Nicole and her assistant were so fun to hang out with for the afternoon, We added on a rum tasting with Adam and it was super informative and tasty. The property was stunning. Would 100% say this is a can’t miss.
