O Mercado Flutuante de Damnoen Saduak está entre um dos mercados flutuantes mais atraentes da Tailândia. Os passeios de barco a motor já estão incluídos no seu passeio! Enquanto estiver neste trem, você verá a experiência “Tailândia Invisível”. Quando o sinal do trem tocar, o caos acontecerá! Os vendedores correrão para prejudicar sua barraca e retirar todas as mercadorias que obstruam o trem em movimento em grande velocidade. Assim que o trem passar, todos os lojistas retomarão suas barracas.
Visite uma fazenda de açúcar de coco perto do mercado flutuante Damnoen Saduak. Nesta fábrica, você aprenderá como os agricultores tailandeses produzem néctar de coco. Você verá uma demonstração de corte de flor de coco, despejando o néctar em um recipiente de bambu, colocando madeiras de preservação no recipiente, fervendo e pasteurizando o néctar em um potável. O campo de sal esbranquiçado, não um campo de arroz, claro. Um passeio bônus especial para nossos hóspedes que participarem de nosso passeio pelo mercado flutuante e ferroviário em 2020. Este sal marinho é produzido pela sabedoria local tailandesa. O produtor de sal irá girar a água do mar em diferentes níveis, de acordo com a força do vento e da luz solar. A rotação continuará até que o sal se torne uma “montanha de sal” pronta para cozinhar, cuidar da pele e agricultura. Na Rodovia 35, na província de Samut Sakhorn, nosso guia o levará a esfregar sal na mão e tirar fotos incríveis!
A Cachoeira Erawan é reconhecida como uma das mais belas cachoeiras da Tailândia. A principal atração do parque são as Cataratas Erawan de 7 níveis com lagoas verde-esmeralda. Erawan tem sete níveis separados que se estendem por aproximadamente 1.500 metros através da densa floresta tropical do parque. O parque tem o nome de "Erawan", o elefante branco de três cabeças da mitologia hindu. Diz-se que a camada superior das cataratas se assemelha a uma cabeça de elefante. A taxa de admissão para estrangeiros está incluída no seu passeio.
Graças a vários filmes e livros, a Ponte sobre o Rio Kwai tornou-se famosa e atraiu tailandeses e estrangeiros ao local. Se uma ponte comum de ferro preto pode contar uma história, você pode ter certeza de que é dramática. A ponte possui placas de aço sobre os dormentes para facilitar a caminhada no vão. Existem também plataformas de observação entre os cavaletes para lhe dar uma vista do rio, bem como para lhe dar um lugar para sair do caminho se você estiver na ponte quando um trem chegar. Você terá um delicioso almoço em um restaurante de jangada próximo à ponte do rio Kwai.
O centro MBK é um shopping de visita obrigatória para turistas estrangeiros. Você pode comprar muitos itens populares da Tailândia neste enorme shopping. We wanted to combine the floating market with the Erawan waterfalls in one day away from Bangkok, that’s why we took this tour. It’s a lot of driving since the markets and Erawan are not close together. But we knew that. First of all, we were lucky that we were the only two guest for the tour yesterday. We were picked up at our hotel on time in a very comfy car. Our guide Jim was very nice and attentive, our driver kind and a good driver. First we took the train to the train market, browsed a bit and watched the train leave 30 minutes later. Jim made sure to get us good spots every time. Then we drove to the floating market, took a boat and explored the market on boat and land. We had lunch there as well. Both markets are a tourist thing – you probably know that already since you’re reading a Viator review. It’s full and overwhelming. It also makes for nice photos. Then (after a quick stop at a coconut farm) we drove the three hours to the Erawan National Park and, wow, that’s a beautiful place. We even saw monkeys in the trees. We only made it to the fourth fall and cut our visit short after that, but that was our own decision. Unfortunately, my mom slipped on the rocks and twisted her knee in the process. That’s why we decided to skip the last stop (the bridge) and head straight back to Bangkok. Jim and our driver tool good care of us and were worried a lot. So, all in all, if you want to see the two big markets and an amazing National Park combined in one tour, do it. It is quite an expensive tour, but five-star-tours combining these destinations are rare. Also, Jim paid for our lunch and bought some snacks for us throughout the day. We were provided with enough water as well.

This was a really good trip if you want to see lots of things outside Bangkok in a short period of time. Our guide Adam and driver Lock were knowledgeable and fun. Nothing was too hard for them. The trip was long - around 13 hours - but it was expected. The Erawan Falls were .magnificent. We went to the 4th level but time prevented us from going further. All in all we had a great day and would recommend this trip. And with any luck you will get Adam and Lock to make the day complete.

Great day with our guide Adam. It was everything you need to have seen outside Bangkok. We had theextendrd tour and were also allowed to experience the Wonderful Waterfalls. The long drive and the tedious looks up (if you want to go all the way up) were worth it. Afterwards some history at the River Keai Bridge until we return.
