This turned out to be just transportation to and from the markets in a small, crowded van. Both are unique and worth the time. You pay an additional fee for the actual boat ride when at the floating market. Fees for a very brief long boat ride are included. The provider was on time and provided hotel pick up and return. They seemed organized. Poor language skills were a significant problem. The host was very difficult to understand and provided minimal info about the markets since he couldn’t communicate well in English.
I was a solo joiner so it’s fun meeting new friends from the tour. The railway market was a bit of a rush experience and a bit disappointing. The floating market was huge and i enjoyed my time there but the additional payment for paddle boat should be included in the tour. Thank you.

The tour was very well organized, with convenient hotel pickup. Our guide, Alex, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even more enjoyable. The highlight was watching the train pass through the Railway Market, truly exciting! We highly recommend this tour.

Brilliant day! Visited both the Floating Market and the Maeklong Railway with Vivi our Tour Guide. Vivi was brilliant from start to finish, as was our driver Mr Tong. Vivi made contact with us before the trip and was so friendly, knowledgeable and fun for the kids too. She knew the best places to visit and where to stand for the railway - she also took lots of photos of our family. Would highly recommend this trip!!

Be prepared to pay for your boat ride, not much but should be included. Guide made cameo appearances and little information offered

This was the worst tour experience we had for a long time. The van used for transportation was old and dilapidated. The tour guide was totally unprofessional. He did not seem to have any training and had no idea about what he was expected to do. He could not communicate in English. This was an unpleasant experience.

Fantastic day seeing parts of Bangkok we would probably not have seen. The markets were amazing. The railway experience was fantastic. We then went on to the floating markets which again were an experience. Highly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to get Pam as your guide you are in for a treat. Lovely lady, super knowledgeable and super prepared.

Our hotel was a bit out of town, but the tour company sent a private vehicle to pick us up from our hotel and bring us to the meeting point with the group we were going to tour with. They were very caring and attentive from start to finish. The tour in general was excellent, guide Bowie was incredibly informative. There were 5-6 of us in total on the tour, it was like a special tour for us. Thank you very much for their helpfulness and interest, I recommend everyone to try this tour
