Pick up and drop off in time, comfortable van and good organization. Only downside is that they take you to several non requested stops like the cafes and long necks which are not mentioned so you loose quite a long time. Also if you dont want to pay the ticket for these extra activities you just wait around
We got this trip from chiang mai and was staying near the market we dident realise the trip was about 4 hours away we also got very car sick so just bare in mind if you do book this trip the temples are stunning and defiantly a place to visit if your in thailand but it's a very long day
The temples are incredible to see. It is beautiful. Lunch was delicious. We enjoyed all the activities. And our guide and driver were friendly. It is a long day, but definitely worth it.
Thank you so much for letting us be your guide tour. And we're so happy to have you in our group too.
Majestic place, very.well taken care, with a very well taken care of zen garden, second largest Buddha in the world, free entry.
I waited 1.5 hours at the agreed pick-up point in the morning, only on request was I informed that the vehicle was defective, the tour was cancelled. The visit to Chiang Rai was the most important reason for me to come to Chiang Mai, tomorrow I leave without having seen it, more than annoying.
I only wish that the tour guide was more informative . Loved the photo opportunity at the tea plantation but not one word about the plantation was given which was very disappointing .
The temples were the highlight of this tour. They are absolutely breathtaking! The Blue Temple is just stunning- easily my favorite I saw in all of Thailand. This tour otherwise was okay- there is a stop at the long neck Karen village- which was not listed in the itinerary at booking. I felt uncomfortable the entire time there- and most of our group did not go into their village for the same reason. Nothing was explained to us at any of the temples- we were just wandering around looking at them without any information. Overall i'm glad i went to see the temples
The temples were great, but for the amount of time you got to see them, was it worth the really long day? I'm not sure. Too many silly little stops that were a waste of time. Manufactured tourist traps at the side of the road ( hot springs? and longneck freak show that nobody wanted to see) And a silver jewellery shop instead of a breakfast stop
Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the temples, but we're sorry to hear that some stops didn’t meet your expectations. Our itinerary is designed to offer a mix of cultural, historical, and local experiences, but we understand that not every stop is for everyone. We appreciate your input and will review our schedule to see how we can improve the experience in the future. Your feedback helps us make our tours better!"
The temples you visit are very nice, the bad thing is that there are many people. Unfortunately our guide did not speak any English and let us visit alone, it is a tired but cute tour. They just need to improve that the guides connect more with people and explain the story.
Great guide. Appreciated the stops for the 'happy room', drinks, and the lunch was great. The variety of sites was amazing
