We all had a fantastic day with our private tour. Our driver was punctual with picking us up at the cruise port. He drove us to Pompeii, where we met our private tour guide, Paolo Di Leva. He was excellent, so knowledgeable and friendly. His passion for sharing his knowledge of the area was fantastic. I would highly recommend Paolo. After Pompeii, we went for lunch at Ristorante”Vesum”, which was excellent. After lunch we went to Mt.Vesuvius to climb to the top from the parking lot. Luigi informed us what time we would need to leave to get back to the cruise ship on time. He was an excellent driver and would highly recommend him. One last very important comment. A week and a half prior to our cruise, the cruise line switched the Port of Naples to the Port of Salerno. I contacted Patricio and she made it happen to switch our pick up point.

Fantastic experience, everything was very simple and a great choice, from the first contact with Pilar Collaretti, who was always attentive to all our questions, to the development of the excursion, which was private for a group of 15 people. They put two vans at our disposal, and both drivers were very kind and helpful. The guide, Paolo, was very good; he makes the visit enjoyable and with touches of humor, which is appreciated when you go with children, whom he always kept attentive to his explanations. The tour was great. The poor interaction between Viator and Trip Advisor added unnecessary frustration. Viator had the correct hotel pick up but Trip Advisor kept sending email reminders saying we were being met at the marina.

Our tour and activity through your company was amazing from start to finish I thought I may have to cancel due to long lineups through immigration after getting off the ship however, Luigi, our driver was in constant contact with us from the day before till he picked us up, he was awesome. Then when we landed in Pompeii, Romeo was our private guide and he is a wealth of knowledge. A very, very good tour guide and I would highly recommend him again. Your company from start to finish made the experience amazing for the six of us who were in our group. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone else looking to do the same. It all went very well. The driver went pick up and take to the hotel, not properly cozy more correct. The guide in Pompeii was excellent, Paolo, very friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, answering our questions and made a great visit, showing highlights and trying to avoid areas too full of people, was fabulous.

Our trip to and from Pompeii with Tony, our driver, was wonderful. He is very personable, and he really helped us understand some things about Napoli and Italian that will make our stay much easier. His enthusiasm about the city is catching! Paolo, our private guide, brought us in through a different gate than we'd entered before. He, too, was charming and full of knowledge. He was able to answer every question. He added tidbits about words in English that come from Roman processes that we had never noticed! His explanation of the life in Pompeii brought that city to life. We could not have had two better guides! I highly recommend this tour where we were able to interact one-on-one with both our leaders.
