Excellent treatment and very professional, it is a nice experience to meet. Motorcycles are super modern and very new cute to enjoy
BEWARE! This company are so rude and unprofessional. They purposely didn’t confirm the time or date on a day I only suggested a month earlier. That way they knew they that by not following up and not sending me any form of confirmation, they could keep my money that I paid in advance, by using their ‘24hr no refund policy’. I reported them, but unfortunately they were dishonest with them as well, so I couldn’t get my money back. They apparently told the authorities that they would still honour the jet ski service but I would never ever use this company based on the appalling and vile messages they sent to me. After this incident, I booked Ride in Dubai instead, who were so friendly and so much fun - I would highly recommend!
This jet ski trip to Burj al Arab was amazing, we took the trip of 16:30u and had a stunning sunset behind. Our guide was Salman he ensured we took the best photo’s and videos on the jet ski home. For us it was our first time on a jetski and we felt and looked like professionals on the photos :-).
Great experience - 30mins was a good amount of time for a beginner, the ride is long enough without being too tiring. The instructor was brilliant, the pictures/videos were incredible! Only think to improve would be to keep the start time, we started 30minutes late.

Excellent jet ski tour. Very friendly and very professional with good coaching, high quality jetskis with lots of power. Would thoroughly recommend and don't forget your camera.

Great company, instructors was very good and they made it very welcoming. Water, cooling down after jetski in the heat, it has everything! Would defo book again with JetSet, very professional and supportive! Also amazing amazing pictures
