We had a terrible experience trying to find the bus, we met with a nice lady who hadn’t seemed to be informed on where we should go, we arrived 30 minutes early and were just told to wait at the side until we were the last ones left, in a panic we found someone to help us and ended up being the last on the bus. The meeting point was misleading as there were lots of tours gathering at the time. Apart from that the tour was lovely our guide was nice, helpful and informative and it was an amazing experience seeing all the sights from the bus and boats.
Eleonora was our guide, she made sure everyone was there and kept checking not to leave anyone behind. She was very caring and made sure that we had enough time to visit all the spots. She also kept checking that everyone was ok and when we came to board the boat she waited in the queue for us while we could take small breaks. Thank you!!
It was an enjoyable and organised tour. Eleanora was very informative and responsible. She counted the number in our group and double checked as well. You should not miss this tour if you come to Como!

It was a very good option for a day trip without complicating life. Sonia is very kind, friendly, and professional. Vincenzo is an excellent driver. I highly recommend both of them. We felt that the time in each place was short, although it is understandable since it is an excursion that covers many locations. It is very beautiful.
The excursion was great and very enjoyable. Our guide Sonia and the driver Vincenzo were fantastic; she explained everything, making a great effort in Spanish, but she was well understood and is also super friendly... And our driver was very professional, and on the way back to Milan, he took us through Lugano, and that way we entered Switzerland 😉 This tour is highly recommended if you want to have a pleasant day without waiting in lines and such.
A great excursion with Sonia as the guide, very friendly and attentive to the group at all times. 100% recommendable with incredible landscapes.
