I had to pay them $390 and then when I got there I had to pay an additional $90. Nobody could explain to me what the money was for. When I requested a refund I was told refunds are not allowed

My experience was amazing and worth it! This was my first time in Playa Del Carmen and i had been reading a lot of scary reviews. With that being said they compromised with picking us up at CoCo Bongo and they waited for us, as well as another group! It was about an hour drive to Tulum where they took us deeper into the jungle and that’s where the adventure site was. They charged me $19 to book, but once i got there i got charged $130 (30 something each per person) as a park tax or something, i did not mind because it was divided by four! to me that’s not a bad price for what ur about to do!!! Our guide George was amazing, spoke Mayan, Spanish, and English. He took us on the ATV ride which was so much fun and he made sure my baby sister felt safe as well as my mom. Then we did three zip lines!!!! which were crazzyyy and fun and then we end with a cenote swim that i recommended everyone to do!!! don’t be scared!!! and then we end with a final water zip line and some good food!!!!! then they take you back to where you got picked up!

This is an all day excursion . My daughter enjoyed the zip lining ATV and she said the cenote was super refreshing .The staff was very good, professional and attentive. We definitely recommend
Booked online and when we booked the ‘environmental fee’ showed $25 per person when we showed up it was magically $30 per person and? I wish there was another option other than Viator and Trip advisor (one in the same) because I would NEVER book through them again the service SUCKS, the customer service SUCKS will most likely book through someone else when we get to our destinations moving forward 3rd they have screwed us over on one of these

Had fun in the Jungle ATVing, zip lining and swimming in the Cenotes with George our guide! It was a fun filled day, in Tulum and definitely worth the price!
Great experience overall. The staff was friendly and prompt. The ATV ride and ziplining was everything we thought it would be, especially for my first time ziplining. The guys were great and patient. The only issue was that I verified before the excursion that the ATV insurance was included and was told yes however upon arrival it was not. Also the pictures that they take are awesome, however way over priced. The provided taco lunch was actually really good and they even had a vegetarian option for my husband. Overall great experience.
We made the reservation at the last minute, all transportation vans were unavailable. So Josue, the owner of Cancunguru.co, and his worker, Charlie, went an extra mile by driving us to the jungle. We had a blast. The Ziplining and ATV riding in the jungle were awesome. We had a lot of fun. If you need to book excursion s in Cancun, go to cancunguru.com and ask Josue for special promotions.
