Well worth it we did a lot more than other people on the cruise because we booked with this tour group. Fantastic tour and Justin D. was great. His local knowledge and fun style were amazing.
Colby was a great driver and tour guide that made the road to Hana most enjoyable! We enjoyed all the stops and sights along the way.
I really did not enjoy this tour at all, primarily because of our guide. The driver spent the entire duration of the trip making relentless jokes, to the point where it became genuinely frustrating; you simply never knew if he was actually being serious about the tour or just messing around. As for the itinerary itself, he just drove us to a couple of random beaches without any real purpose. He offered absolutely no interesting historical facts, cultural background, or meaningful explanations about the places we were supposedly visiting. Even worse was his blatant disrespect for local rules: at one point, he stopped to feed a horse that was kept inside a fenced, private property. There was a highly visible sign explicitly stating *not* to feed the animal, yet he completely ignored the warning and proceeded to feed the horse ultra-processed junk food anyway. Furthermore, he spent the entire drive hyping us up, repeatedly claiming that we were going to go on a proper nature hike. However, when it finally came time to get out of the vehicle, he literally just made us stand on the shoulder of the highway to look at a single tree. That was the complete extent of our promised "hike." I noticed that the rest of the passengers seemed perfectly happy with this, but I can only assume that it was their very first time visiting Maui. Naturally, when everything is entirely new to you, even the bare minimum seems amazing. But for me, this entire experience was nothing short of an absolute scam. The tour description promised a wide variety of activities and sights that were simply never delivered. It became painfully obvious that the driver was basically just too lazy to do any actual walking, and because of his sheer lack of effort, he deliberately skipped taking us to all the designated spots on our itinerary. I absolutely cannot recommend this tour to anyone. The price they charge is ridiculously excessive for what essentially amounts to a lazy, glorified joyride. Sure, if you have absolutely no prior experience with Maui, you might think it's a decent trip simply because the natural island views are inherently beautiful. But speaking completely objectively, this tour is an absolute mockery. The driver is fully aware of the low expectations of first-time tourists, and he shamelessly takes full advantage of that to do the bare minimum. I am leaving feeling incredibly scammed and deeply frustrated. This was supposed to be my very last day enjoying Maui, and instead, the entire experience felt like a massive rip-off from start to finish.
This is posted to wrong business. Our price is the lowest in the industry. Nobody can match our price because of my 37 years of "know how" and knowledge. We know the importance of customer service & satisfaction is first. Compare the reviews with ours to the others. Over 5,000 reviews must mean something. We are the best at what we do.
As a tourist, don’t attempt this trip in a rental car by yourself. The road is a challenge. There is no cell service in case of an emergency.

We had THEE best time ever! Colby kept us laughing with his comedy. He kept us hydrated and moving. I enjoyed all the stops and his knowledge of the different areas. I'm glad we got to have this experience. Mahalo
Extremely dissatisfied. Driver was rude, wouldn’t let older handicapped people sit up front, instead let young man sit there. My friend with a cane had to climb in back. Driver complained about low tip. Bu s was dirty and stunk.
We are here to service guests. This should not have happened. I have had initiated a retraining with the tour guide. I am sure this will not happen again. He definitely need to change. And it will be changed on the next tour. Really sorry about this experience. It should never have happened.
It was fantastic experience. Tour operator gave lot of information and time to explore. Provided enough water and food to stay alert during tour. Our bus driver cum guide Miss Malai was very informative and experienced driver. She was aware of all aspects of the tour. Being native I and my wife feel very comfortable to tour with her.
We booked the Road to Hana tour through Viator with Dynamic Tours, and it was fantastic. Our guide Marty was outstanding—knowledgeable, funny, and professional. Despite a horrible storm, he stayed calm and safely got us back to the ship. Lunch and thoughtful local treats were included. Highly recommend, especially with Marty! 🌺🚐
Our tour guide Justin was great!! He was knowledgeable about the area since he is a local. We made many stops along the road to Hana. Taking this tour gave us the time to really enjoy our surroundings. Can’t wait to come back to Maui! I forgot to mention that the sandwiches were delicious.
