Kelly was absolutely amazing, knowledge, communication, personality, and all round fabulous guide. We always say if a person loves plants and animals, then they are a good person, Kelly is that person. Thanks Ned.
Thank you for your review. Our team are very passionate about their role at the Jurlique Farm. We are glad you had a fantastic experience.
Had the best time at the Jurlique Farm! Melissa’s passion for her work really shone through, making our tour super informative and fun. > You can really tell how much love and care the team puts into every single product. We were totally obsessed with the Jurlique roses—the fragrance is unbelievable!
Thanks so much for your lovely 5 star review and kind words. We're thrilled that our passion for what we do here on the Jurluque Farm is evident and Melissa will be delighted to know you thoroughly enjoyed her tour. We are also totally obsessed with the Jurlique roses and glad you were able to experience them in all their glory.
Our guide, Fay was knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed the experience. The smell of roses lifted our spirits that entire afternoon plus we have got a blended oil to take home.
We're thrilled you enjoyed your time with our fabulous Fay in our spectacular rose fields and that you loved your aromatherapy blending class. Thanks so much for your 5 star review.
The experience was fun. The fee was costly and the length of the visit was long enough
Thanks so much for your feedback—we’re really glad you had a fun experience! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and hope to welcome you back again soon. Thank you Rachelle
A lovely experience to do with friends where we got amongst the gardens and then made our own special blend. Love the Candula product I am getting that for life!
Thank you so much for your beautiful 5 star review. We're delighted to hear you enjoyed sharing the Handpicked tour experience with friends and spending time in our garden - it's such a special part of what we offer. We love that you've fallen for the Calendula products too - a customer for life is the highest compliment we could receive! We truly appreciate your support.
The master class was after the farm tour where we learned about the botanicals grown, how harvested, and methods they used to make their own compost and fertilizer from things grown on the farm. We were able to harvest Jurlique Rose petals, weigh them and place them in drying racks in the drying room. At the master class we were served herbal iced tea made on site with herbs they had grown. We were given a bottle of carrier oil, Jojoba and 7 essential oil fragrances. We were instructed how to sample fragrance, and advised to choose 3 or 4 for our blend. Took awhile to come to a final decision with advice given from Fay, our guide for the day. At the end of class we were all misted with rose water.
We appreciate you taking the time to write a detailed 5 star review!
The 2 hour tour and essential oil blending visit was really interesting. It was fascinating to understand the different types of plants used and their different properties. Jurlique products are expensive, but now I understand why given the organic, biodynamic and hand picking and drying processes used.
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re so pleased you found the tour and essential oil blending session enjoyable. It’s wonderful to hear that gaining insight into our organic, biodynamic practices and careful hand-harvesting helped explain the value behind our products.
My daughter and I really enjoyed the Masterclass experience. The staff were all friendly and gave us lots of information about the business, plants and skin products. Making our own aromatherapy blend was good fun. The farm, well maintained with a good guide who was very informative about the bio-dynamic farming approach to the skin products: very impressive.
Thanks for taking the time to write us this amazing review. We are so glad you enjoyed the masterclass experience.
Spontaneous decision. Our host, amazing she weaved the story in a progress walk ending in mixing our own essential oils
Thanks for your 5 star review Andrew - we're thrilled you enjoyed your time at the Jurlique Farm and that our passion for what we do shows.
Sunday 19Oct2025 - The roses at home were in full bloom but Jurlique farm roses were still 3 weeks away from blooming. It didn't matter. It was Spring so there were plenty of other herbs, flowering plants and trees to see. It was an easy 35 mins drive from city CBD through either Stirling, Aldgate, Mylor or Stirling, Heathfield and Mylor - we did both routes to enjoy the green countryside. Briggs Flat is just past Mylor and not far from Hahndorf. The drive from gate to farm shop is a scenic landscape - was flowing with daisies and cows grazing - very idyllic. Farm shop reception registered our booking, then we waited until all those who booked arrived. We had time to browse the shelves - Jurlique's skincare ranges. It was a cloudy, warm and humid day so we wore hats. The walk to the display garden enabled us to see how large the property was and how much was either planted in the fields or in the large growing tunnels. We started out with a talk about Holy Basil and its unique properties and then did a full walk around the display garden - there were several stops along the way to sample the products made from various plants. That was a great experience as you got to appreciate the quality of everything from a cleanser to a beneficial oil. The plants were vigorous and healthy thanks to the biodynamic farming practices, and companion planting - they have their own beehives too. After that we visited a display explaining the other farming practices - lunar cycles, composting. Then it was off to the rose field to collect rose petals - Rosa Ragusa. There were just enough in flower for all of us to collect a worthwhile amount to take to the drying racks. This involves going back to the farm shop building and climb 2 sets of stairs - so not accessible for those with mobility limitations. Final activity was blending our own essential oil blend. & essential oils and a jojoba base oil. These included geranium, lavender, lemon grass, orange, rose, eucalyptus. Using a test pad to create your blend first then counting drops of your formulation into the base oil - you then take your creation home. It was an enjoyable and informative 2 hrs and we all appreciated the ice tea after the walk. Our tour guide was passionate about the brand and the farm and was very knowledgeable. We didn't get to see the fabled Jurlique Rose created by Thomson Roses - exclusively for Jurlique - but we did get to smell her and compare with traditional rose fragrance. She is sweeter and more prolific. Thank you to staff for making us feel welcome and for answering all my questions. The products are a luxury item worth indulging in. Enjoy.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and beautifully detailed review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your springtime tour and found it both informative and relaxing. Nature definitely has has its own schedule! We hope to see you back in Summer when the Jurlique Rose is in full bloom. We appreciate the 5 star review. From the Jurlique Farm Team
