Service was provided by a subcontractor Questo, very difficult to sign in, the performance was poor. Promoted as a self guided tour in reality it was kind of a game, which was not what we expected.
Hey, Olaf. Sorry you didn't enjoy the activity, but in all honesty, the word "Game" is in the name of the activity. Also, we describe quite clearly that we offer a city exploration game that's self-guided. Thank you!
Location could not even any better for the Old Port area and price was reasonable for the location. The room was odd with the toilet in a separate room around the corner from the shower/sink. When we arrived one of the bed side lamps was broken and the integrated USB outlet did not work. We reported this and they put the lamp back together (sort of) but the USB never worked. The breakfast was above average. We were surprised when we asked for a noon late checkout (11am is norm) that there would be a 10 euro charge for late checkout.

Lots of steps to download APP create accounts etc. Even my tech savvy teen contacted customer service. Wasted valuable time. Save your money

I did not think that this city of Provence could arouse vivid and original emotions... from the old port you can easily reach the cathedral (La Major), an imposing building of the nineteenth century, and then cross the symbolic district of the city of Marseille, Le Panier: a multiethnic concentrate characterized by colorful streets, small businesses and a particular mural that summarizes the history and tradition of Marseille. The city is dominated by the beautiful Notre Dame de la Garde, from which you can enjoy an incredible view and which has inside mosaics, marbles and frescoes of rare beauty

Questo is a very nice and funny way to visit a city. We played as soon as we arrived in a couple of hours so to have an overview of the city. The day after we decided what to look into in a deeper way.

So sad to say thieves are so many here. In a square was strewn wallets and bags after being snatched and no police presence. Looks like the way now in European towns. Beware on cruise ships easy targets

Very nice game with which you see a lot of the old city of Marseille. The questions are not very difficult so for everyone to do good. Only available in English and French so some knowledge of either is a must.
