Junte-se à nossa aula de culinária para uma experiência culinária única de 4 horas em Marrakech. Melhore suas habilidades de cozinha enquanto descobre as tradições, sabores e história da cozinha marroquina. Antes de cozinhar, visitaremos um mercado local para comprar legumes frescos e os ingredientes necessários para nossas receitas. De volta em nossa casa familiar, vamos preparar e desfrutar de chá de menta marroquina tradicional enquanto nos conhecemos. A aula de cozinha é totalmente hands-on. Você aprenderá técnicas autênticas para preparar tagines marroquinos, do descascar e cortar até condimentar com especiarias tradicionais, como Ras El Hanout. Enquanto cozinhamos, compartilhamos histórias sobre a cultura marroquina, tradições e vida cotidiana. Trabalhando juntos como uma equipe, você preparará vários pratos diferentes, permitindo que você aprenda uma variedade mais ampla de receitas e técnicas de cozimento. No final da aula, você vai se sentar e desfrutar da deliciosa refeição que você preparou juntos.

We had a wonderful time with Hassan. He was very welcoming, very good at explaining each step of the recipes and at getting our three children involved. We made five dishes and the food tasted great. We can't wait to try the recipes again, now we're back home. One of the highlights of our week in Morocco.
Ahmed and Hassan provided us with a wonderful and very friendly time. From the market to the plate, this activity was incredible. If you are hesitating, do not hesitate!

Moroccan delights, friendliness, sharing, and good humor were present at this exceptional culinary workshop, and what a satisfaction it is to admire but especially to taste our colorful and flavorful recipes! 😋 Our hosts are friendly, welcoming, and enthusiastic. They share their experience and expertise without reservation, with smiles, generosity, and compliments from the chef! 😉 We leave happy, satisfied, and full, with memories in our heads and tagines in our eyes! 🤩 To do and redo...
I participated in this cooking class with my daughter as part of a great group of 6 people, and it was one of the highlights of our vacation! We started with a complete immersion by going to the market together with Chef Hassan to choose and buy our fresh ingredients. It was an excellent introduction, very authentic. A warm and friendly atmosphere where everyone actively participated. Hassan is a pedagogical chef, generous and very kind. Together, we prepared a true feast: a chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemon; a vegetarian tagine; a kefta with eggs; and two typical appetizers. Special mention for the perfect introduction to the traditional preparation of mint tea, a fascinating learning moment. We then shared and tasted all the dishes we prepared together... A pure delight for the taste buds! An essential activity in Marrakech if you want to take home a piece of Moroccan know-how. A huge thank you to Hassan for this wonderful moment!
Best cooking class ever. Market visit was short, only one stop to buy vegetables. But the cooking experience was fun! And the food was DELICIOUS. Better than restaurants we've tried. Beef tajine was unforgettable! Still waiting for them to send the recipes though :)

Really great class, very good atmosphere, and many recipes made; we had an excellent time! We warmly recommend it.
Chefs Ahmed & Hassan made the whole experience fantastic for the whole family. They engaged the kids really well, encouraging them to try preparing and cooking everything the adults did, and gently pushing them to try foods we can’t manage to get them to eat at home (a big part of why we wanted to have this experience). With 4 different main dishes and 2 side dishes, there was something for everyone, and the food was beautiful. Their English and French are excellent, air conditioning effective, water dispenser cool and refreshing, chat entertaining, and venue spotless. I’d really recommend this as a fun family experience, though the others on the course were either singles or couples and they seemed to really enjoy themselves also.
