This tour was the best way to see Abu Dhabi in half a day. Suhail has been a very attentive and friendly guide. I recommend this tour 100% because it allows you to see the city at a perfect pace, rating that they have the well calculated times to make the most of it.

Absolutely worth it. Basically a half day trip with prearranged tickets/entry to Mosque and Louvre plus city tour and short stops,helps to get an overview. Headsets provided to be used during the trip. Some extra time in total for a few guest pick ups.

It wasn’t bad. They were 20 min late in picking me up. The carpet place was a marketing scheme. The guide told me that the presidential palace was off limits but I looked it up online and purchased tickets.

Not a guided tour, but just a Bus Hop-On Hop-Off. Very disappointed! The “guide” didn't make the stop Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental and Abu Dhabi Mall. Instead, he stopped us at a carpet shop for a demonstration and sale of that. We had to stay at that shop for 40 minutes. We are very upset and disappointed. Moreover: - he was 40 minutes delay - ⁠he didn't explain anything at all - ⁠he just advised us about the time to come back at the bus - ⁠he didn't speak Italian at all - he was not so willing and seems to be in a hurry to finish the “job” At Dates Market, he told us to go just in a specific place (a friend of him?), and not to others shops. We have paid for a guided tour, not a bus hop-on hop-off. Not recommended at all.

BUYER BEWARE- Please read before Purchasing *We did not do the entire excursion. We only saw half of the promised activities. I read other reviews with concerns but really thought that I would at least see all six sites detailed in the What to Expect section. That did not happen! The van arrived slightly late but stated that they had to come all the way from Dubai and did not receive notice until that morning. Because there was only one other couple, we should have been able to make up the time. We picked up the other couple and headed to the Shelkh Zahed Grand Mosque Center. We were supposed to spend one hour and thirty minutes at the Shelkh Zayed Grand Mosque Center. The Mosque is vast, and it has shopping opportunities inside and outside the Mosque Center; it requires a lot of time to do the tour justice. We did not receive one hour and thirty minutes, which was stated in the description. There was a marathon going on close to the Mosque, and we just drove around for about thirty minutes waiting for it to pass by so that we could actually get to the parking area. The driver and tour guide called someone about the matter to find out what to do. After the marathon, they proposed to see the Mosque later because all entrances were blocked. The other couple opposed the idea because they needed to be done by 12:00pm. I wanted to move forward and return to the Mosque later because we were already running late. The tour guide agreed with the couple because I was only one person versus two people. We later entered. We were rushed past the outdoor stands and sites. We rushed to the checkpoint and were stopped because the woman was not dressed appropriately (her dress could be seen through) and the man had a vape pen. We had to leave and go to the shopping area for her to buy tights or another outfit and resolve his vape pen issue. We lost another 20 minutes. Once we were allowed to enter, we were rushed through quickly. We were able to take some pictures but had to stay together. We were told that we would have time to stop at the shops for souvenirs after the tour. it did not happen. We arrived at Yas Mall, specifically Ferrari World. We did not have an opportunity to see any other stores in Yas Mall. We did not enter Ferrari World because we did not have tickets and it was not a part of the tour. The tour guide pointed it some highlights as we rushed back to the van. We then went to Abu Dhabi Dates Market. We went to one store and were quickly returned to the van. We stayed for about eight minutes. Another tour driver conversed with our tour guide and asked if they were going to end the tour because the other sites were blocked off due to an event. We headed to Heritage Village, and as the other tour guide stated...it was blocked off, and we could not proceed. We pulled over to the side of the road, and again the tour guide called someone to explain the issue. He returned and said we could not see the rest of the tour. We returned to the couple's hotel, and they took me to the Louvre Abu Dhabi and dropped me off. The only site that I can speak to, spent time at, and was not rushed through was the Louvre Abu Dhabi because I was dropped off and the tour guide and driver left. I went at my own pace and it is a wonderful attraction to see while in Abu Dhabi. I highly recommend buying a ticket and going on your own time. This was a waste of my time and money. If Viator is a reputable company, they would refund this failed tour or offer another tour. If I return to the region, I would have to take another tour to see the sites detailed on this site. Three sites were missed, and three were rushed through with no time for a meaningful opportunity to enjoy the attractions. People invest a lot in their vacations to have a great experience. It is very sad when companies lose sight of that and have no problem not delivering the basic things described on their website.

Transportation in Abu Dhabi is limited to buses and taxis, but I thought that buses take a long time and taxis are expensive, so I decided to join this tour. Although we didn't have much time to stay at each tourist spot, we were taken to many spots efficiently, so I'm glad I chose this tour! The mosque was especially impressive. I brought a scarf to enter the mosque, but we stopped at an abaya shop on the way, so we could buy one there. (The cheapest was 45 dirhams, about 1,800 yen) You can also select an audio guide in Japanese on the bus, so it was great to easily learn about the history and trivia of Abu Dhabi! We were picked up at the hotel after 8:00, got off at the Louvre Museum after 14:00, and then we were free to explore and then disbanded. On the way back, we took a taxi from the Louvre Museum back to the hotel.
