Aproveite o tempo livre na Plaza de la Concordia, onde poderá deliciar-se com a culinária local, tirar fotos e levar para casa lembranças únicas. Depois, mergulhe no encanto colorido de Atlixco, onde poderá adquirir plantas e flores frescas nos seus viveiros e descobrir os recantos mais emblemáticos do seu zócalo, Paróquia de Santa María de la Natividad, a famosa Escadaria Larga, imperdível para Fotos instagramáveis, o antigo convento franciscano e o mirante panorâmico de vidro.

Itinerário
Nosso passeio começará com uma visita a Cholula, reconhecida como uma Cidade Mágica por sua riqueza histórica e cultural. Visitaremos a Grande Pirâmide de Cholula, a maior base de pirâmide do mundo em volume. No topo encontra-se o Santuário de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, um templo do século XVI com uma bela vista para o vale. Em seguida, iremos ao Ex Convento de San Gabriel, um dos mais antigos complexos franciscanos do México, construído no século XVI. Destaca-se pela sua arquitetura sóbria e pela sua grande capela aberta, fundamental na evangelização da região. Continuaremos na Plaza de la Concordia, o coração da cidade, rodeada por arcadas tradicionais. Por fim, visitaremos o Templo de Santa María Tonantzintla, famoso por seu interior barroco indígena dos séculos XVII e XVIII, um exemplo do sincretismo entre a tradição indígena e a fé católica.
Iremos para a cidade mágica de Atlixco, uma cidade com raízes pré-hispânicas e de grande importância durante a era colonial por sua produção agrícola e têxtil. Graças ao seu clima privilegiado e aos seus viveiros coloridos, hoje é conhecida como "Atlixco das Flores". Nossa primeira parada será no mirante do Cerro de San Miguel, um local emblemático coroado pela capela dedicada ao Arcanjo São Miguel, construída no século XVI. Esta colina era um antigo centro cerimonial e atualmente é um dos pontos mais representativos da cidade. Do seu cume, você pode desfrutar de vistas espetaculares e tirar fotos incríveis com os vulcões Popocatépetl e Iztaccíhuatl como um cenário majestoso.
Em nossa terceira e última parada, visitaremos o Ex Convento del Carmen, fundado em 1608 pelos franciscanos ao pé do Cerro de San Miguel. Dedicada à Virgem do Carmo, é um marco histórico e religioso da cidade. Ao descermos, veremos a tradicional Escadaria Larga, cujos degraus foram decorados com murais do artista local Juan Manuel Martínez Caltenco, apresentando motivos florais que representam a identidade de Atlixco. Em seguida, faremos uma pausa na sorveteria Ximitl para degustar sorvetes artesanais da estação. Continuaremos pela Calle de las Flores em direção ao zócalo para admirar o Quiosque Atlixco, decorado com mosaicos, e a Paróquia de Santa María de la Natividad, do século XVII, terminando com os murais do Palácio Municipal.

We were expecting a more walking tour of the cities but it was still ok going solo on our own. We booked a Spanish tour by error so we had to wing it. It’s was a few churches visit and shopping area like a Mercado mainly for the tour in both cities visited.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour. We appreciated the flexibility that Pablo showed us in taking us to visit some of the places that we requested, both in Cholula and Atlixco. The van was clean and the driver went out of his way to drop us off at home. Both destinations are a must for anyone new to the Puebla area. So much history in Cholula and Atlixco is one of the most charming Pueblo Magico cities that we've seen in Mexico This was my second trip with Bufon Tours and they are a first class company...well organized, reasonably priced, and flexible

The guide very professional, friendly and nice. The tour was scheduled for 9:00, which changed to 10:00, so we had no problem, thinking that the estimated tour time would be covered. I missed the visit to the nursery and the lunch time in Atlixco, from the visit to the nursery, told us that there was no longer time, our mistake was not to require him to take us. of the lunch time I do not even mention it, I only recommend a restaurant, in case we were interested in returning later. The tour ended at approximately 2:30.
