Macnut Tour, almoço piquenique e Maui Bees

Wow! What an amazing place to visit, especially with Ryan as our guide. His passion and in-depth knowledge was mind blowing. He really enjoys what he does and it shows. There were so many beautiful plants, everything from bananas, pineapples, guavas, Romains, basil, bok choy, you name it, they have it. The hydroponics they're doing there is simply incredible. We did get to see the Mac nut trees at the end, but not the bees. It didn't hurt the your, but the name should be more reflective. Something like 'Organic Sustainable Farming of Maui's finest fruits, vegetables, nuts, etc'. Highly recommend!

This experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Maui. We learned so much about native plants, gardening, preservation, history, and so much more. Even got a chance to try some incredibly tasting fruits and vegetables. Their method of sustainable farming is amazing, inspirational, and commendable. And the farm to table lunch at the conclusion of the tour was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the fried rice with kalua pork. And be sure to buy their macadamia nuts. They are the best I have ever tasted. So creamy!! This was positively an enriching and memorable experience.

We all enjoyed this fabulous, informative tour! The farm is gorgeous, well-maintained and impressive! We even got to try fresh coconut and dragon fruit.

This was a terrific experience. I enjoyed very much learning about rehabilitation of previously abused farmland and about day to day practices designed to ensure sustainability going forward. Our guide was personable and engaging and made this a high point of our visit to Maui. Our lunch was really good. It's hard to beat "farm to table" when you're at the farm!

We were looking for a different and unique tour on Maui as so many seem the same. We found it! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It really checked off so many boxes. We learned about the sustainable farming, culture, history, plants, hydroponics and so much more. We were able to taste and sample foods that were so flavorful and fresh. Walked the grounds and saw a completely different side of the island. BONUS for the delicious meal at ULa ULa Cafe! They used the fresh produce grown on site and it tasted better than a 5 star restaurant. We picked up several bags of Mac Nuts as this farm is the only one that does not use gas dryers in their process and you can definitely taste the difference. Would definitely recommend, great for all ages. We would love to come back next year and do it again.

Great tour with very friendly, knowledgeable guide who takes things at a pace comfortable to each visitor. Samples of many of the products provided either during or after the tour. Easy to find and well worth the time. Highly recommend!

Great experience and nice to do something away from the usual beach and snorkeling stuff. Ryan the manager of the farm gave us a super personalized, educational, and fun tour. Even my picky 14 year old found it fun. The picnic lunch was also very nice and we got to try out wonderful macadamia nuts, tomatoes, and coconut juice!!

I did the Macnut tour this Memorial Day as a more laid back activity to do in Maui and I couldn’t be happier with my experience ! The farm has a unique picturesque setting, highlighting the lush Hawaiian landscape - which is absolutely stunning. My guide was both informative and entertaining, offering fascinating insights into the macadamia nut cultivation process. I was able to indulge in fresh macadamia nuts straight from the source and they were fantastic. The staff were also incredibly friendly, making the visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to experience authentic Hawaiian agriculture and hospitality! Even if you need a quick get away from all the more demanding activities the island has to offer - this is the place to go! 10/10 :) Mahalo again for a great day :)

This was a really unique little tour! The people that work here are so knowledgeable and hardworking and you can tell they pour all their passion into what they do. I think it might be a little bit of a hidden gem amongst all the advertised tours on Maui. We also loved the little bonus gifts at the end.
