My husband and I used Ann for our trip to Jamaica in February 2026 and highly recommend her! We originally booked her through Viator for private airport transfer, but she easily talked us into taking advantage of the luminous lagoon right next to our resort. (Not in a "We felt pressured" way at all, but rather "we didn't know about that option and it sounds really cool" way!). For a very reasonable price she picked us up from our hotel, had arranged for us to get the very first wristbands of the night, and escorted us to everywhere we needed to be. The experience of the lagoon itself was definitely top 5 things i've ever done. The boat was pretty crowded so definitely expect that, but the free drink upon arrival was a nice touch. The water truly glows blue when you are in it. Highly recommend!
