It was a wonderful Louvre tour!! Our tour guide Ayzah made sure we see all the wonders of louvre in the limited time while sharing amazing facts about them. She was knowledgeable and was the perfect tour guide. Thank you tour up in europe.

Amazing experience! We went during a heat wave and most companies were cancelling. This was our third attempt. They assured us that they would not cancel and they were true to their word. Our tour guide Vani was great. She was patient and gave us a great tour. She was knowledgeable and presented the information in a way art novices like us could digest it. Highly recommend!

We booked it last minute because of previous cancelations due to striking workers and the heat wave. Our guide, Ayzah, knew we were rushed and had limited time. She successfully got us in to see our top requests. She had to work hard just to get us tickets! She was very nice and knowledgeable. She helped us enjoy an otherwise hectic day. Very glad we were finally able to get in on our last day in France.
Tour operator changed the time of this tour three times and then did not show up. I waited in the heat with two teenagers for 45 mins. I moved around other tour times and train bookings to make this tour, which cost me hundreds of dollars, and they never even turned up. I have lost approx $1500 as a result. Do NOT book this tour!
Dear Michelle Carroll, We apologise you did not take the tour with us. But let us be honest: you booked several HOURS in advance and from the very beginning we let you know that we would TRY to accommodate your booking. We changed 1 TIME the tour time for later on that day and I specifically told you the guide would contact you whether it is possible. We are deeply and sincerely sorry that we had 13 booking in 1 day and could not accommodate yours as well. P.S. And you paid 522 EUR not 1500$, maybe "approx" is a very personal term.. We refunded you the same day. Please contact Viator for this.
We had a terrific tour of the Louvre yesterday with Babylon Tours. Our guide (Julien Haloui) was extremely knowledgeable, kind and funny. He gave us a short course on Art History as we saw the original paintings and sculpture, illustrating major points with specific examples and culminating with the combination of artistic techniques in the Mona Lisa. He gave us older tourists special attention in the crowded environment of the museum. In all, we recommend the tour and, in particular, our guide, extremely highly!
