Esta excursão irá trazê-lo décadas atrás para a aldeia de pescadores esquecida de Loutro que está tão perto da famosa baía de Samaria, mas nenhum caminho leva lá. Você começará o seu dia tomando a estrada para a bela alta planície de Askifou. Pare na pequena aldeia para uma pausa de café e desfrute da atmosfera da vida terrestre antes de dirigir-se para a costa sul de Creta. No caminho você terá uma vista deslumbrante sobre a garganta de Imbros e o mar da Líbia. Você chegará ao porto de Chora Sfakion, onde um barco de táxi privado espera por você. Você logo chegará à aldeia de pescadores de Loutro – nenhum carro, nenhum moped ou caminhão perturbará o silêncio. Esta pequena aldeia está conectada ao mundo exterior apenas duas vezes por dia com uma conexão de ferry. Aproveite o tempo nas belas pequenas baías com natação, passeando pelas ruas estreitas deste belo lugar ou relaxar em uma pequena taverna de peixes no porto. À tarde, o barco de táxi o levará de volta e o ônibus o levará ao seu hotel.

The bus ride through the mountainous middle from Georgipouli to Hora Sfakion was pleasant and entertaining with lots of information from our guide Tarek. The boat trip to the freshwater bay and then on to Loutro and back was an extra highlight because of the beautiful view of the coast and the sea. Bathing in the beautiful sea and the special impressions of Loutro were definitely worth this trip. The very good organization and the competent and very friendly accompaniment by our tour guide Tarek we would like to emphasize especially.

I'm glad we went there. Cramped crowded on the beach. We found a small piece of cake to lay out the towel on and the snorkeling was ok. Ate the best gyro pita ever! Lots of small shops and restaurants. Definitely worth a visit to this beautiful place only accessible by boat or hiking

We had a wonderful day on the south coast of Crete, where we started from the port of Chora Sfakion towards Loutro. The stopover at the freshwater beach , is particularly suitable for diving and snorkeling. For bathing lovers we recommend not offering an umbrella, and prefer to have a drink or a snack in the small tavern after bathing, as the stay of almost two hours passes quickly. Continuing along the imposing south coast through the turquoise sea to Loutro is a special experience. Even from a distance Loutro welcomes us with its blue and white painted houses. The typical lunch, in one of the taverns directly at the port in nice company, made this excursion a highlight of our Crete holiday. Special thanks go to our tour guide Mr. Tarek Blah.

Very well organized from pickup to arrival. The beaches were wonderful and also the boat trips very nice. Loutro is unfortunately a bit full otherwise really a very nice village.

First we go to Sweetwater Beach for a swim. Snorkeling is a must here. The underwater world is just great. Then we'll take the boat to Loutro again. A small fishing village with several restaurants and again you have the opportunity for swimming and snorkeling. We will definitely come back. Even before the trip, tour guide Tarek looked after us and relieved a few fears for the boat tour. The trip itself was very nice. Very clear and turquoise water, really fantastic. Loutro is a small village right on the water. The stay was a little too long for us, but this is our personal opinion. I'm sure others don't agree.
