LAX traffic was quite congested, and we had to wait about 15 minutes, but the driver proactively contacted us in advance and guided us to the waiting location. This made the experience so much easier. I think this service is much better than taking a regular Uber since we didn’t have to take a shuttle and spend an hour just to get a ride. The car was clean, the driver was polite, and the whole process was smooth. Definitely worth it!

Driver could not speak English. Driver was almost in an accident. If my friend would not have reacted we would have hit car in front of us. He kept doing things instead of paying attention to the road.
