The company dispatched a car so small I had to sit in the back seat with the luggage and my husband in the front. We had several message convos and I clearly stated how much luggage we had. Twice the price for value of a lousy uber. Back to taxi.

For all bookings, vehicle allocation is based on the passenger and luggage information provided at the time of booking. Our records show that the luggage carried on the day exceeded the standard capacity normally recommended for the vehicle booked, which can unfortunately affect passenger comfort. We always aim to provide the most suitable vehicle based on the information received and encourage customers travelling with large or additional luggage to contact us before travel so we can recommend a larger vehicle where necessary. EC Minibus was wonderful to work with. They were very responsive to my inquiries and setting up the transfers was very smooth. They were there waiting for us on each of the three transfers that we scheduled, on time and they got us to our destination very nicely. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again.
Emanuel was a very good driver. He arrived early and we were at Heathrow for our international flight ahead of schedule.
Driver arrived early, picked up our heavy bags and we were loaded and on the road in good order. Very pleasant driver.
The company had immediately responded to my booking. Prior to the experience was able to confirm who and time, etc. The driver was early which was great as we were also early. He was very nice and spoke good English and was easy to understand. Was quick and easy. Did not drive like a crazy person as my husband gets motion sick which I did tell the driver ahead of time of this as well.
Besides a mix up with the pick up time, the driver was flexible and able to safely get us to the airport.
Our driver, Iulian, was prompt, courteous and friendly. He arrived slightly early, which was perfect. The vehicle, a Ford Galaxy minivan, was clean, roomy and comfortable. This was a great experience for a final drive from our hotel in. London to the Heathrow Airport.
The Driver Sham, was very friendly and he drives very carefully. He makes our trips enjoyable and very comfortable.
