This company sells their tours as "Bespoke Luxury trips of London" but in reality all you get is a driver on a van driving you around London. I paid for a driver guide and to be honest their "guides" are not real England certified guides. They are drivers that drive you around, stop in a few places for you to take photos and then take you back to your hotel. Save yourself the money and book a London black cab instead! They will be more knowledgable and it will cost you half the price.

We have no record of this person in our system, and the claims made do not correspond to any service we have ever provided. This review forms part of an ongoing and documented case of attempted extortion. Prior to posting reviews, the individual contacted us directly demanding payment in exchange for not publishing negative content. This matter has been reported to Tripadvisor, and supporting evidence has been provided. The statements made in this review are not only false, but also misleading: Our tours are private, bespoke experiences led by professional driver-guides who provide commentary and insight throughout the day. We do not advertise Blue Badge Guides unless specifically requested and arranged in advance. Our service is clearly positioned as a premium, driver-guide led experience, which is accurately reflected in our many verified reviews from genuine guests. We take great pride in the quality, authenticity, and personalisation of our tours, and our long-standing reputation is built on real client experiences — not fabricated claims. We are confident this review has been posted in bad faith and is part of a wider scam targeting tour operators. Peter was a phenomenal host and guide. We spent our afternoon with him on our first full day in London and it was a perfect way to see the city and to learn some historical highlights. The car was comfortable and Peter was extremely personable. My husband and I had a great afternoon.

We had the most wonderful guide Peter. He was so accommodating to our requests to view specific places and he was so easy to talk to. Even my 3 young kids loved him. He never failed to share interesting nuggets of history behind the different monuments and places of interest throughout the way. We learned so much and enjoyed so much!

Our daughter, three grandchildren, my husband and I had a really fun day touring the highlights of London’s most famous sites with our knowledgeable, attentive, and fun, born and bred Londoner guide, David Garcia. David was absolutely amazing!! From the planning process to the finger foods and photos stops, he made sure every details was perfect. We needed something very bespoke for our colleagues from overseas and David managed to accommodate it all. This was particularly difficult as our tour was taking place at the same time as the Jubilee Weekend. Super planning! Super logistics! Super accommodating! Super polite!! The driver drove past the sights. There was no time to visit the sights Viator is not taking responsibility for any disservice. Which is a great pity. Terms and conditions were not told to us prior to the tour. A waste of our time and money. Viator refused to compensate us for our loss.
We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your Highlights of London tour. The description clearly states that it is street level tour to see the main landmarks of London from the comfort of your own private vehicle. It is an introduction to London. Our driver-guide did make all the stops for you and then some. You chose to stay in the car instead of doing the Westminster and City walking tours due to the rain and the wind which was obviously beyond our control.
