My husband and I were very happy with our driver, and guide Mizer. He met us at the cruise port, and drove us the two hours each way to the Lombok Wildlife Park. Mizer is an excellent driver who speaks English. He was a very funny man, and had lots of stories. He added to our wonderful experience. We highly recommend him.

Dananjaya our driver was great, taking us to a couple of villages where we talked to the locals and witnessed their weaving and rice production. We also visited the Unesco World Heritage listed waterfalls, well worth the short trek through the forest. An enjoyable and informative day.

What a fantastic day!!! Our driver - Taufik was very friendly, a skilled driver and very accomodating with the places we wanted to see. The local guide that we picked up for some of the locations - Rizal, was amazing. From inviting us into his home to meet his family, to taking us on an adventure walking on the different tiers of rice paddy fields out his 'back yard', to leading us on an incredible jungle hike to waterfalls where we got to swim under the falling water. One of the waterfalls was almost 'other worldly' it was so incredibly beautiful. We could have sat there all day just amazed by the beauty. Rizal was fun, full of stories and very easy to talk with plus he took some brilliant photos for us as well. We finished the day watching the sunset on a gorgeous and pretty much deserted beach. I think we pretty much used every minute of our allocated time and by the end of the day we were tired but it was the best day of our entire trip! Thanks Taufik and Rizal.

This was a great tour and Abi was spectacular! Such fun, SO helpful with my husband climbing the stairs. Our extra helper on our trek to the falls, Ali, was also incredible! This was a super fun day because of these two guides!! We hated to say goodbye.

We were provided with a guide that spoke no English at all. He tried very hard but it wasn’t his fault - Viator didn’t provide what was promised.
We sincerely apologize for this experience. This was our mistake on the day, as the driver was changed without our knowledge. We fully understand your disappointment and agree this did not meet what was promised. Thank you for acknowledging the guide’s effort, and we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We had a pleasant trip because we could decide where and when to travel. Since we only had about 8 hours for the shore excursion, customised trips are very useful and safe.
