it was an amazing experienced. had so much fun with friends, staffs are very accommodating, Loco bear are full of fun Packs, not only for kids but for all ages. definitely will return theres more to explore and have fun with😊

Very disappointing experience. Terrible parking with no proper support , arrived early and still ended up late. On top of that, a serious safety incident happened in the laser tag area where a child was punched, and staff failed to intervene or stop the game. Management was dismissive when the issue was raised. Poorly managed and concerning from a safety perspective. Would not recommend.

Loco Bear is hands down the best place in Dubai for kids and families to have fun! From trampolines and soft play to laser tag, arcade games, bowling, and wall climbing. Every corner is packed with excitement. The energy here is incredible, and the staff are always friendly, enthusiastic, and super helpful, making sure both kids and parents have a great time.

You kept us entertained throughout, handled all our tantrums with grace, and created such a warm, fun atmosphere that everyone felt at home. Your great coordination skills and thoughtful arrangements, along with offering everything at such a reasonable price, made the celebration seamless and so special. minutes ago New We visited loco bear a few days ago and had the best time! This place has such vibrant vibes! They have so many activities and games for all ages! My kids loved it at the soft play area and just wouldn’t come back! We totally enjoyed playing the virtual dart game ! A fun experience! They have the best staff , so friendly and assisted us so well throughout! The whole facility is so well maintained and host birthday parties as well. I highly recommend this place for a fun family day out

Dear Loco Bear team, Yesterday we celebrated a birthday of my daughter's friend and we had a great time as the place offers so much variety for kids and adults We did laser tag and bowling . My daughter has special needs so she could not do the laser tag. And with the bowling we did it with her with help. But the downside is really that there is no elevator in place . This to be honest is unacceptable. I am sure all the new places need to have a ramp and an elevator because of the special needs policy in place . Her wheelchair is very heavy . The staff accomodated us and we carrying the wheelchair up and down but this is not how it should be . We were happy that we could use the soft play area also in the interim that was lovely for her . Please update your place and let us know we would be happily coming back once it is upgraded. Appreciate ur action and prompt support on that matter Sylvia & Sophie 💓
