Mergulhe nos anos 60 e sente-se em minha van Volkswagen T2 reformada de 1970 para uma experiência única. Ao mesmo tempo elegante e "baba cool", traz originalidade e diversão para sua escapada. Faço-te descobrir os arredores de Lisboa, lugares magníficos, autênticos e ainda preservados, de difícil acesso quando não estás de transporte. Quer seja fã de carros clássicos, nostálgico dos anos 60 e 70 ou apenas curioso para descobrir esta mítica carrinha, garanto-lhe um momento de convívio e grandes descobertas. Estão previstos roteiros para o dia a passear pelas costas de Cascais ou Sintra. Outros percursos levam-no até à Serra d'Arrábida ou mesmo a Setúbal. Com amigos ou família de até 5 pessoas (privado), acomode-se no meu VW Combi e deixe-se conduzir para desfrutar plenamente deste maravilhoso destino.

2 horas de tempo livre previstas em Cascais. Antiga vila piscatória, foi transformada pela nobreza portuguesa numa estância de veraneio com as suas sumptuosas villas e lugares extravagantes. Cascais é uma pequena cidade muito charmosa, onde você pode desfrutar de belas praias, parques e ruelas animadas.
A Casa da Guia é hoje uma referência no concelho de Cascais e tornou-se um verdadeiro ponto de encontro com a família ou amigos, graças a um conceito único e diferente de comércio, cultura e lazer. À saída de Cascais, na estrada do Guincho, a Casa da Guia situa-se num palacete do século XIX, totalmente reabilitado pelo arquitecto Cláudio Wanderley, rodeado por dois hectares de jardins assentes na falésia, que se estendem até ao Farol da Guia e dominando a imensidão do Oceano Atlântico. No interior, descobrimos um conceito comercial inovador com várias lojas e uma galeria de arte. No exterior, existe uma excelente zona de restauração, comércio, cultura e lazer, onde restaurantes, esplanadas e um anfiteatro são miradouros perfeitos para desfrutar de uma magnífica vista sobre o mar.
O Cabo da Roca é um cabo selvagem que se situa no ponto mais ocidental da Europa continental. Este local formado por falésias marteladas pelos ventos e terras áridas já foi (até o século XIV) considerado o fim do mundo. É o local ideal para quem aprecia a natureza, tendo de um lado a extensão de água que parece infinita e do outro as montanhas do parque natural Sintra-Cascais.
Esta "boca do inferno" é um abismo que desde os tempos mais remotos surpreende e aterroriza os visitantes. O oceano, à força de idas e vindas muitas vezes violentas, escavou a rocha, formando uma "mandíbula de pedra" na qual borbulha uma sopa infernal.
Magnífica praia inserida na espetacular paisagem da Serra de Sintra. Sempre exposta a ventos fortes, é famosa por suas ondas enormes, tanto no verão quanto no inverno. É, portanto, um paraíso para surfistas experientes. No extremo sul da praia encontra-se o forte pintado de amarelo da Fortaleza do Guincho, transformado num hotel de 5 estrelas com a sua piscina exterior construída em torno de um antigo forte.

This was the best part of our trip to Portugal. This day didn’t feel like you were on a tour. It was more like riding around with family and friends, singing great music and catching all the cool sights along the way. Also, we had the best meal of our entire trip for lunch at Azenhas do Mar. What a wonderful experience we had with this tour and although we did not get a chance to visit Sintra and the other Castles because of unforeseen circumstances, we did get a chance to go other sites that we would otherwise not have been able to. My hats off to Christiano for this unforgettable trip to the coastline and the city of Cascais, he took his time to explain in detail all the places we visited. He also recommended local restaurants for us while in Lisbon and his wife Laura kept in touch with me even before we got here to make sure everything was fine. Fun day with lovely and knowledgeable guide and driver. The VW bus is super cool! When we moved quickly through regular stops being fast-paced New Yorkers they offered to add another location to visit.

Cristiano was an amazing guide for the day! He was on time, very polite and a friend to talk with and ask questions all day. He provided the schedule for the day and asked if we wanted any modifications. This is the perfect tour to visit the coastal towns and sites near Lisbon. At each stop he provided us with history about the stop and allowed time to explore, take pictures and enjoy each experience. Our lunch stop came with an amazing ocean view and the food was outstanding (order the grilled octopus). Make sure you ask him about the history of the van as it has a very fascinating story. He loves what he is doing, is very knowledgeable about Portugal and you will not be disappointed in your experience. We highly recommend this tour as we feel like we have a new friend in Portugal.

Everything was perfect from the pick up to the drop off. Laura and Christian were AMAZING. Super knowledgable, friendly and we enjoyed their fabulous VW van. We were picked up on time at the hotel in this fully restored bus and drove comfortably along small roads to Sintra. Our two supervisors told us a lot about the city and Sintra. From Sintra we went to the coast to a fantastic fish restaurant with a great view. Then along the coast to the westernmost point of Europe, then to a hellish gorge and finally back to Lisbon via the coastal road. The trip in the old bus is great fun, people often speak to you and wave at you. We can only recommend the trip!
