Itinerário
Nos encontraremos no centro da cidade no Gran Hotel Bolívar, Jirón de la Unión 958, e de lá partiremos para o famoso Mercado Central. É um passeio de 15 minutos.
Antes de entrar no famoso Mercado Central, paramos para desfrutar do famoso prato "4 Colors". Esta é uma combinação de pratos peruanos: ceviche, espaguete vermelho peruano, chanfainita (um guisado), e outros. Claro, ele será acompanhado por um copo refrescante de chicha morada (uma bebida feita a partir de milho roxo).
Visitaremos o Mercado Central e juntos visitaremos alguns stands onde provaremos algumas frutas peruanas exóticas e um suco refrescante feito de um deles.
Entraremos então no pequeno mundo da Chinatown. Aqui visitaremos um famoso stand, bem conhecido pelos amantes do siu mai; um aperitivo Chinês.
Vamos explorar a área fora do Mercado Central e provar pratos famosos: anticuchos (squeakers de carne na grelha), pata con huavo (pés de porco com ovos), choclo con queso (corno com queijo), mazamorra morada (pudim de milho roxo), e outros.
Nosso passeio culminará em torno da Plaza de Armas, onde vamos tentar nosso último lanche do dia: o famoso churro peruano (uma torta frita frita, revestida de açúcar e muitas vezes servida com chocolate ou molho de caramelo).

The agency was very easy to communicate with. My guide Juan Diego was energetic and was very knowledgeable and eager to teach about Peruvian culture and cuisine. He knew the best spots for street food around Lima and he was very supportive and eager to show and get me to try more and more of their local food during the tour. There was so much food! Our guide, Momo, was excellent. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area and the food. He took great care to show us everything he could. The food was great. This is definitely worthwhile.

This was such a fun afternoon. The stops were well planned, the food was consistently great, and the guide made the group feel relaxed and engaged. We especially loved the street snacks and fresh juices. Definitely recommend this tour if you enjoy food.
