Dr Mark was incredibly informative on his tour. His amazing sense of humor had us laughing and also in shock while learning about new things that we had no idea about. Mark was very welcoming and a very nice guy. Definitely worth booking and can’t wait to book more in the future
It was a fun and informative tour
Our tour guide, Mark, was a great storyteller with a wealth of knowledge about the area and its history. We learned about the darker side of Soulard and St. Louis, including the Lemp Mansion. This tour was the highlight of our trip.
This ghost tour exceeded all expectations! Mark was absolutely outstanding. His knowledge of St. Louis history was incredible, and he shared it in a way that was both captivating and entertaining. Every stop was filled with fascinating stories and historical insights that brought the city to life. If you're considering a ghost tour in St. Louis, book with this company and ask for Mark. His professionalism, passion, and storytelling made this one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommend!
It was a great, informative, spooky experience. The storyteller was smart, witty and had done his research. Overall a good time.
There is a lot of focus on STL history which was very interesting to us. I recommend this tour and will be taking other tours by this company.
Great time! I did this same tour over 10 years ago and they have changed it up a bit, both were interesting.
10 years ago, we didn't go inside buildings. So, you didn't like the change of going into haunted buildings of the Lemp Brewery?
I took my 15 year old niece and we both loved it! The guide was super knowledgeable and funny.
Admittedly, at first, I was not sure what to expect considering it was my girlfriend's idea (she is a paranormal/true crime enthusiast). However, I cannot speak highly enough of our tour guide Mark. Though it was only us two, he kept his doors open for us on the evening of Memorial Day when he could have easily canceled. As a story teller, he has a way of speaking and shaping stories that was super engaging and detailed. We asked a ton of questions and he had the answers to every single one and overall he was a pleasure to be around. I do not want to spoil the tour or the details but it was surreal being in the basement of Lemp Brewery knowing its history and the severity of the crimes. 5/5 tour without a doubt and well worth the $25/person admission.
First time doing a ghost tour in Missouri and it did not disappoint. While we didn’t catch sight of a real “ghost”, our tour guide, Mark, was super knowledgeable about the area. I can honestly say, Mark was also one of the best tour guides we have had (and we have had a lot over the years) adding just the right amount of history, thrill, and subtle humor. We enjoyed the walking tour, but going inside of the old buildings was really an added experience. We had plenty of opportunity to take pictures and ask questions. No bathroom stops along the way, wear comfortable shoes and bring some cash $$ to tip Mark. He’s definitely worth it!
