Finding the meeting point is difficult , in fact we gave up . In the end we were allowed to board but it was stressful .,

Staff were friendly and pointed in the right direction we didn’t need to print off our tickets we just used our barcode that was sent through trip advisor we saw flying fish which was a first for us

Great easy journey from Lanzarote to fuerteventura! Ferry's left on time and had toilet facilities. Would recommend!

It was a lovely ferry trip to Corralejo in Fuerteventura. We took the 9:30 ferry out and returned on the 17:30 ferry. This gave us plenty of time to explore Corralejo, do some shopping and get some lunch. We had a nice walk along the beach front and in the town. The only issue was that TripAdvisor didn't give a proper location of where to claim our tickets or where the ferry was. It gave the general address of the port. The Lineas Romero office was in a white building about a 5 minutes walk from the ferry. We ended up going directly to the ferry and the staff there told us where to get the tickets. We had just enough time to get our tickets and get back to the ferry. Also there didn't seem to be any free WiFi.

Regarding the location, our website states that you should visit the Líneas Romero office in the Playa Blanca harbour to receive your boarding passes. The ferry "Don Juan", easily recognizable by the Líneas Romero logo and a shark drawing on it, will be waiting for you right next to the ticket office. Regarding WiFi, it is free and available on board. Perhaps there was a temporary technical issue. We hope to see you again on board!
Prompt departure and arrival, clean ferry, well organised and with friendly and professional staff. We departed Playa Blanca on the 9:30am Ferry and had a few enjoyable hours exploring Corralejo before returning on the afternoon sailing.

All went very smoothly. We looked one way after landing and we’re worried what we would do for the day, turned and went the other way and everything from pubs and cafes, to harbour and beach were beautiful. Well worth the day trip from lanzarote, so pleased we went

Outstanding travel service. This is an excellent trip and highly recommended. By far the best thing we did on holiday. Staff are helpful and friendly. The boat is clean and tidy, with drinks if needed. The view is incredible and we all loved it.

Enjoyed the ferry. Nice crossing on the ferry . Lots of walking to the shops. Very nice beach,a bit small but very clean . Ferry was very clean and tidy
