The sunset at Lake Louise was beautiful Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
Sunset tour of Moraine Lake and Lake Louise was brilliant. Bee and Marnie were super friendly, informative, and great at finding wildlife. We were able to spot two bears, two elk, and at least three or four deer. We had Moraine Lake practically to ourselves and both it and Louise were breathtaking. 10/10 recommend.
B and Marnie is a seriously good pairing for an evening out. Two bears, two elk and three or four deer with Moraine Lake practically to yourselves at that hour, that's the whole point of going small and going at the right time. Really glad it delivered the full version. 10/10 right back at you.

Finally got to see Lake Louise after two aborted attempts in 2019 and really enjoyed the calm evening vibe at both lakes. The big downpour and not finding any wildlife on our way back was all mother nature’s fault! And wasn’t for lack of trying. Gareth was a calm and careful driver which I really appreciated and I’d gladly tour with him again! Thanks for a lovely trip :)

Worth the early morning rising. It was magical and serene. We had the absolute best morning. Liam was our guide and he was really great. Knowledgeable. Friendly. Makes a great hot coco and coffee drink.

James was a great guide on this thoroughly enjoyable tour. Although we didn’t witness a sunset, due to very cold and cloudy weather conditions, we got to see incredible sights - and wildlife! At Moraine Lake, a cute little Pika posed for photos. The Rockpile offered up spectacular views over the stunning Moraine Lake, and we had it all to ourselves. As we approached Lake Louise, we got lucky - a Mama grizzly bear and her cub! James allowed us to watch them, at close range (from the safety of the van, of course), without hurrying us along. An experience that will stay with each of us forever, I’m sure. Lake Louise was moody, and beautiful, under low cloud (with snow threatening). The food package included in the deluxe offering was great - a delicious turkey roll, a piece of fruit and banana bread. James is a very friendly, personable, knowledgeable guide, who made this tour a wonderful experience.

A Pika posing for photos at Moraine Lake followed by a mama grizzly and her cub approaching Lake Louise, all with the place largely to yourselves under dramatic cloud and threatening snow, that is a truly unforgettable evening in the Rockies. James's patience in letting everyone soak in that bear sighting without rushing is exactly the kind of thoughtfulness we are so proud of. We're also really glad the food package hit the mark too! A lovely lady who was very knowledgable of the area and even she got a first on our way up to Moraine Lake with the fresh fall of snow. The lakes were stunning and atmospheric with the cloud offering beautiful photo opportunities. Georgia showed us all the best photo spots and the timing meant we almost had our own private Moraine Lake. We were unlucky with the wildlife spotting but you can’t win them all. Georgia is a very considerate and safe driver too through some very wet weather on the journey and even dropped us off back at our hotel. I wish Georgia the very best in her career.

We did a Wildlife Tour with Gareth and the Sunset Tour with Tyler on 2 consecutive evenings and thoroughly enjoyed both of them. Both guides were knowledgeable, informative and provided a great experience. Both tours gave us a greater insight into the wildlife of the Banff/Lake Louise/Mouraine Lake areas and enhanced our time visiting this incredible area. Oh my goodness me what an experience we had on our tour last night ! Gini was absolutely outstanding throughout the evening, and we were so pleased we got to witness her first sighting of a porcupine ! I thought she was going to wet herself at one point 🤣🤣 Exceptionally knowledgable, super friendly and the Canada sights didn’t disappoint! Thank you so much! X
