The biggest reason I gave this a 5 star rating is the staff, number of activities in one place, and price. I went with a group of 15 family members and we had a great time. The staff was friendly and customer oriented. We loved the buggy, horseback riding, and zipline, which was the highlight. One opportunity is the safari should either have more native animals or just call it what it is...a petting zoo, which we did like. The only other feedback, is make it clear on whether lunch is included. When we booked it said everything, including lunch, was included. However, when we got there it was included on some of my family members reservations and others it wasn't, including mine. It just might be a system issue more than the park. The lunch tasted great and was priced at $10. So it wasn't big deal for those who paid. At the end of the day, we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
The women I find rude. Was so excited for DR but they don’t like Americans. Horses was my least favorite. I had a wild horse and kept asking for help but they were insistent on talking to the pretty ladies and kids versus trying to help with my horse. Have rode in Jamaica and it was much better. Then the rude ladies at check in and photos. Would not purchase just because of that. I wanted too bad but I just can’t justify giving rude people my money

,This place was a wonderful Experience for us, we travel once a year out the country as a family to Experience other Cultures. This was an awesome experience. Our tour guide went over and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the experience. There was Just 2 problems, make sure to pay for the lunch if paying online. We paid $98 for the whole Experience but when we got there they said lunch wasn't paid for which was another $10? Also, the Buggie ride has to be 3 or 4 people, they wanted $50 for 2 people and that's not acknowledged anywhere prior to purchase.

We had an amazing day overall. Beautiful setting, well organised activities . Would advise you bring your own googles and face scarves for the buggies!! I would go again!

Horrible both Viator and this tour company. Got an email saying my tour was canceled and then told I couldn’t get a refund even though Viator cancelled. The operator claim I refused to pay the upgrade fee, a lie as I said I would gladly do it before the tour was cancelled. Customer service put me on hold for about 3 hours to do nothing for me. Never booking from this app or this tour.

It’s a 7 hour day that could be condensed into 4. Every activity takes forever to start. The staff were pleasant which makes the excursion recommendable. The ATV experience could have been better. They stop continuously to act as if the experience is longer than it is. Buyer beware: if you purchase this experience wanting to be a single rider/driver they automatically pair two or three other people (strangers) to fill the space. I’ve had longer and better ATV experiences elsewhere.

Regarding the buggies, our website states that they seat up to four guests and may be shared with others to fill capacity. Guests who prefer to ride alone or only with a companion can choose our VIP option, which includes that possibility. The variety of activities included in the 7-in-1 excursion was incredible. We loved the ATVs, zip lining, horseback riding, scenic chairlift, cultural tour, and lunch. The park is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. There was truly something for everyone, and our entire group—from adults to children—had an amazing time. I really loved that there were also fun for the littles to do around the park as certain activities they weren’t allowed to participate in-like the playground, pony ride and even the play room. My only suggestion for improvement would be the order of the activities. We completed the chairlift, zip lining, ATVs, tour, lunch, and then horseback riding. Since the ATV portion was very muddy (which was fun!), we had to rinse off afterward and ended up staying wet for the rest of the day. I think the experience would be even better if the muddy activities were scheduled toward the end of the excursion, or if there was an opportunity for guests to dry off or change before continuing. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the activities were well organized, and the entire experience was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend La Hacienda Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana, and I would definitely return on my next visit!

VIP package with tour guide Oscar was amazing. Highly recommend spending the extra on the VIP package. I would also ask for Oscar if you have the opportunity to do so.

Our guide, Oreo, was incredible! I would book any excursion if she was the guide!! We had so much fun. We learned some culture, the food was better than our resort and our guide was FANTASTIC! I wish there was a more advanced level for buggies and horse back riding but, overall great experience!!
