Ryuya and Maya were our hosts and we had a great time! We learned how to make mochi, including pounding and folding, as well as making the actual mochi with different fillings! It was a great experience!
Great interactive experience! My son enjoyed.
My family and I had a great experience. Thank you Sara and Ryuya for giving us the history and explaining to us the mochi making peocess and description the different variation of mochi. My two young girls had a lot of fun making the mochi and chatting with Sara and Ryuya.
We had a great experience. The instructors were kind, personable, and made it fun for our kids. They loved learning the chant and tasting the mochi.

Sara was a great host along with Josh the experience was yummy. Smasging the dough was cool and the mochi we made was light and fresh. My favorite was making our own Mochi dessert with the ingredients they provided. Thanks for the memories.

Sara and Josh were very welcoming. We had an educational class and learned some history to mochi making. We had a chance to pound and fold mochi, along with pairing it with various flavors to taste! Would recommend!
