Koh Lanta Transfers: Speedboat de Phuket ou Phi Phi

Travelled from Phi Phi Islands to Phuket on speedboat on 08/06/2026. The two crewmen fell asleep, did not insist on passengers sitting down. Our luggae all fell over as it was not stowed propely. Four americans went to the front of the boat, standing all over our luggage, used our luggage as a foot resr and the staff did nothing to stop it. They just let them and the staff went back to sleep. Really dissapointed with the staff, would not recommend anyone to travel with your company. Terrible service. Avoid!!

We have used this company many times to get between the islands around Phuket and they have never let us down. Pick up is always as specified and everything runs to time. This latest journey took us to Lanta and it was a smooth as you could hope for. The first ferry was big, busy but plenty of seats for everyone. we chose to sit outside in the shade but you can sit inside and there is also a VIP area. You have to pay extra for this and it doesn’t seem great value to me. The second ferry was a bit older but still got the job done and the good news was there was no sea sickness at all. Would use them again without a doubt.

Speedboat service out from Phuket to Phi Phi but on the way back we took the Ferry but upgraded to "First Class" as we did not fancy travelling in the bottom section of the boat, both services ran on time and were very busy.
