We stayed here for 1 night and left . This is run by backpackers who couldn’t care less I waited at reception for 10 mins whilst the receptionist talked to her friend Twice I was told I’m not allowed to use the toilet because they were “cleaning” clearly their level of cleanliness is sub par. All the taps at the basins were coated in scum $18 for a vodka raspberry Music blasting away till 1:30 am super heavy bass The koala park itself has only One very Sad old koala
The your guide was great, very informative and personal. The disappointment was there was only 1 koala in the entire enclosure to view so not exactly a “Koala Park” experience

When one reads koala and wildlife park one in visions lots of animals to look at. Then when you actually get there they only have two koalas, three lizards, three crocodiles, one wombat, eight turtles, two birds and I believe two snakes as only one was introduced for tourists to have photos with and it was a different one than pictured on their website. To top this off it was $51 an adult to get in and luckily my grandson was under 5 so he was free. The good side of this experience was the young female ranger who was extremely knowledgeable and pro active with both the adults and the kids on our tour. I can honestly say I would not recommend this activity on the island due to the entry cost. I cannot see how they justify the $51 but when they collect the money well in advance of actually seeing the site your locked in.
I absolutely loved our visit to the Koala Park! The park is beautiful and feels very natural, and it was such a special experience getting up close to the animals in a respectful way. The highlight for me was definitely seeing the koalas, but we also really enjoyed all the other wildlife in the park. The rangers made the whole experience super interesting and you can tell they really care about their animals. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island!
Such a great experience! It was very educational and entertaining. Paige is such a great park ranger. She knew her stuff and was very passionate, especially towards wombats. Thanks for the experience and letting us hold the albino python Limoncello :)
I had such an amazing time visiting the Koala Park at BOUNCE on Magnetic Island — it truly exceeded all my expectations! Having a koala, a wombat and other wild animals so close, was a unique experience. Everything looked really well cared for, and you can tell the staff genuinely love what they do. They were super friendly, happy to answer questions, and shared interesting facts about the animals, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The whole place has a really relaxed and welcoming vibe. You can actually take your time, enjoy the moment, and get some great photos. Such a fun and memorable experience overall! 100% recommend
It was so great! And the girls Loahanna and Jane were fantastic! They rrally know so much...they knew mlre facts than the rangers at Billabong! And were fun to be around! And more importabtly, my daughter loved it!
