The tour guide gave an informative and humorous tour of the town plus some of its more famous citizens.
The tour guide was extremely rude. Right from the start, the story telling was very boring and long winded.

Prior to the tour, our guide explained to you that extra, unpaid guests could not tag along with the group out of fairness to all of our paying customers. Unfortunately, when your additional non-ticketed guests joined the group anyway and created noise during the tour, our guide had to address the disruption. We hold our staff to high standards, and while we regret that you were disappointed, our guides must enforce our policies to ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone on the tour. We stand by our team in ensuring fairness for all of our guests.
Just an amazing tour. Our tour guide, Mr. Beach was very knowledgeable and added great commentary. The tour length was good too.

Only stops at 2 bars however the story is incredible. Gene Beach was my tour guide and did an amazing job at telling us the classic Key West Legends and making us all feel comfortable while doing so. Would definitely recommend if it’s your first or 100th time visiting.

We booked this tour at the absolute possible last minute and are glad we did. Our tour Guide Gene, kept the evening interesting and provided plenty of information as we walked around Key West. Gene took us to several of the local bars and explained their dark histories thoroughly. We had plenty of opportunites to get drinks (with no pressure) to enjoy as we walked on the tour. If it looks like it might rain, I would suggest bringing an umbrella or rain coat. The walk was at a comfortable pace and wasn't too much even after spending most of the day walking in the sun.
Our guide was fantastic! He kept us together and didn’t start the story until everyone was gathered together. I was very impressed with his knowledge of haunted Key West and especially enjoyed his recommendations for places to eat and drink. We went to one of the places the next day and it was beyond expectations! My only negative comment is that some of the stories were also told on the hop on hop off trolley tour. He went farther in depth and was fabulous in his presentation. The commemorative t-shirt is a great touch.

This is an excellent ghost tour and a MUST while you’re in Key West! Gene was the best guide ever! Very knowledgeable and funny. My husband and I had a blast and definitely recommend this tour!

We were left at the first bar while waiting on our first drink. The tour guide knew where we were too becauseshe talked to us.. We never saw her go through the bar to gather people or anything. We were even standing near the entrance. We tried finding the group afterwards but couldn't.

Saturday night was exceptionally busy at our first stop, Captain Tony's, as Key West was celebrating the annual Hemingway Days festival. Because of the crowd, our tour guide conducted a head count before leaving for the next location and noted that 20 of the 22 guests were gathered out front. Recognizing that two guests were missing, she returned inside the bar multiple times and even made an announcement over a microphone to locate you. Ultimately, to ensure the rest of the group could enjoy their scheduled tour, she had to move on to the next stop. Our guides do everything possible to keep groups together, especially on packed festival nights, and we are sorry we were unable to connect with you inside the venue. We always encourage guests who get separated to call our office immediately so we can instantly direct you to the next stop and rejoin the tour.
