Vamos parar na Cumeeira Norte, nas Sete Cidades e vamos contar-lhe a linda lenda das Sete Cidades.
O nosso guia de natureza vai mostrar-lhe e dar-lhe informação muito útil sobre o Complexo Vulcânico das Sete Cidades.
Vamos passar por paisagens lindas que precisa mesmo de conhecer, já para não falar das lagoas verde e azul.
Vamos conhecer a história da família Caetano Andrade e ver a histórica Igreja de S. Nicolau.
O nosso guia de natureza vai explicar-lhe as características das duas lagoas que compõem a Lagoa das Sete Cidades
No Miradouro Vista do Rei é possível contemplar o interior da caldeira das Sete Cidades e, quando o estado do tempo permite, perceber muito bem as diferenças de cores das duas lagoas que compõem a lagoa das Sete Cidades.
Almoçaremos num restaurante local, onde poderá provar a deliciosa comida açoriana!
Neste local vai aprender sobre geomorfologia do complexo vulcânico dos picos e da Lagoa do Fogo.
No Miradouro da Lagoa do Fogo vai poder saber mais sobre a erupção de 1563 e algumas características muito interessantes da Reserva Natural da Lagoa do Fogo
Visita às piscinas naturais. Um verdadeiro SPA ao ar livre onde vai ter tempo livre para relaxar e sentir as águas termais.
Aqui vamos encontrar a lindíssima cascata Salto do Cabrito e o nosso guia vai falar sobre a Central Hídrica de São Miguel.

We did a full day private tour of Sete Cidades and Lago Do Fogoa. Aside from a slight issue with the company trying to send us on a shared tour instead of the private tour we had booked, all was fine. They handled it professionally and everyone was taken care of within 10 minutes. Our guide Goncalo was fantastic. Young and fun, he was full of great information and though he does these tours all the time you could still see his excitement at the scenery and adventure. Goncalo was an excellent driver of the jeep and I, who am not always the happiest on off road adventures, felt incredibly safe. The views and colors and history all were incredible. We appreciated all the places we were able to go because we were in a 4wd vehicle. And in the afternoon the thermal pools were a lovely way to relax. I would definitely recommend this adventure!

Our trip today to Sete Cidades was just perfect! We were lucky with the weather as it was a sunny day so we saw everything clearly and our guide Eduardo really made it special. He was so knowledgeable, patient and enthusiastic and he really made the whole experience fun. Highly recommended!

Fascinating views. Depending on availability and weather conditions, kayaking is a unique experience. The Rodrigo Guide is interactive and accessible. The experience is worth it.

Lovely day long trip. Stunning views of the landscape and the lakes formed in the craters left after volcanic eruptions. Good fun doing the bike ride in the afternoon and the buffet lunch was great!

We absolutely loved our Jeep tour to Sete Cidades. Rodrigo was our convivial host who we had met on our previous tour to Terra Nostra. The jeep can be bumpy but Rodrigo kept checking with us to see we were ok. The back being the bumpiest meant we had a couple of swapping of seats during the drive. He is so funny/happy/knowledgable and definitely added even further enjoyment to this trip. The views from the hills are spectacular. (weather allowing) if you have been to the islands you will know it can change even hour to hour! My husband really enjoyed the cycling meanwhile as I am not a cyclist I thoroughly enjoyed wandering around the village, church and lake. All the guests on the trip got on well and we all, along with Rodrigo enjoyed a fab buffet lunch with wine/soft drinks. After lunch it was great to go kayaking in the beautiful green and blue lake 😊. All in all a fantastic trip and I would highly recommend.

Amazing to ascend to the peak of caldera and take in the spectacular views and colours .. Jeep made the experience great fun (and roads manageable!) with our driver incredibly knowledgeable. Shout out to Paulo.

My husband and I rarely do organized tours but these 2 were exceptional! We went on a full tour with our guide, Luno to Sete Cidades which was both fun and informative. Today we took a half day tour with Rodrigo to Lagoa Fogo and took a dip in the thermal baths at Ponta de Ferraria. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and made the tours extra special. I would highly recommend.

We got stuck in the back of the Jeep and were tossed around like rag dolls for most of the trip. We ere facing each other and my husband got very car sick from the experience. I ended up with a bruise on my forehead from being bounced around so much. Not a great experience at all. Probably would have been different if we were in a regular seat. Also, our guide smelled of cigarettes and almost every stop he pulled out a cigarette to smoke. Very unprofessional. We ended up getting a rental car the next day and wish we had just done that from the start.

My husband and I had the best time! We did a half day for Sete Cidades and signed up last minute and we are so glad we did! It was just my husband and I, so it was a private little tour and our tour guide was amazing. She educated us on so much information on not only the village and lake of Sete Cidades, but of Sao Miguel and the other islands! She brought us to other breath taking views, it was amazing!
