We had an amazing time on the jet boat tour! Captain Chris was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience both relaxing and entertaining. He shared interesting facts about the area while making sure everyone felt safe and welcome on board. If you’re looking for a fun, affordable, and enjoyable way to experience the area from the water, I highly recommend this tour. We’d absolutely do it again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely unforgettable experience! If you’ve done all the touristy stuff before and you’re looking for something fun and unique to do and you’re thinking about booking a Smoky Mountain Jet Boat Tour, don’t hesitate—just do it! Captain Ryan and Captain Emily were phenomenal! They were incredibly welcoming, funny, knowledgeable, and made everyone on board feel like family from the moment we stepped onto the boat. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and their energy made the entire tour even more enjoyable. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking from start to finish. One of the coolest parts of the tour was getting to explore an incredible cave—it was such a unique experience and something we never expected to enjoy so much! Every turn of the tour offered another beautiful view. Then came the highlight of the day… a majestic bald eagle flew right across the front of our boat! It honestly felt like it had been perfectly timed just for us as we celebrated Independence Day and America’s 250th birthday. It was one of those goosebump moments that we’ll be talking about for years. Thank you, Captain Ryan and Captain Emily, for making our Fourth of July so special. Your hospitality, professionalism, and enthusiasm turned a great boat tour into an incredible memory. Between the stunning scenery, the amazing cave, and the unforgettable bald eagle sighting, this was hands down one of the best experiences of our trip. We can’t wait to come back!

Captain Rusty and tour guide Emily were fantastic. They made this experience fun for our whole family (kids ages 15 and 12). We did the Island Point tour. Honestly it was such a beautiful and enjoyable day on the water that we could’ve gone all day. We will definitely be back to try one of the other tours.

Great experience! We did the Island Point tour on the French Broad river. The Captain, Taylor, was very knowledgeable & funny, & he whizzed up & down the river & thru rapids with confidence & ease. Saw various wildlife that Captain Taylor pointed out & explained. Definitely worth it!

We had a great experience with Chris! They also offer helicopter rides (same building, different company) and we ended up doing BOTH helicopter and jet ride. They made that so easy for us and guided us with every question we had. He made the jet ride charismatic and fun! We saw the cave and would definitely do this again with Chris.

Captain Chris was great and made the tour great and was very knowledgeable about the area. I would definately do it again and recommend for friends and family to do while there on vacation

What a fun and exhilarating experience! I've lived in this area 6 years and have not taken advantage of this adventure - shame on me! Captain Emily was just amazing: skilled, knowledgeable, fun and adorable! We took about an hour excursion and saw Douglas Dam, islands, a cave, and plenty of wildlife including Bald Eagles, Blue Heron, cormorants, deer, turtles, and more. I loved that Emily gave us history and wildlife information along the way through the headset; she allowed us awesome views of the animals while respecting their habitat and tranquility. Her skill and excellent familiarity with the French Broad River made our group of gal-pals completely confident in her hands. I can't wait to go again and take my husband.

It was my first time in a boat, but the captain made it so fun and great.. My Wife and I had so much fun, and we’ll definitely be back anytime we have a chance to do so.
