Great tour, good information, friendly and pleasant our tour guide Rose.
Documentation when booking the tour was not clear about the possibility of a bilingual presentation. As a result, each aspect of the tour was presented in English, then had to be repeated for non English guests. This proved to be cumbersome, wasting a lot of time for all involved. The tour guide tried to handle the situation as well as can be expected, but overall it was a frustrating experience. If booking this tour, make assurances that everyone on the tour is receiving the information in one preferred language.

Rosa Alba was an excellent and very knowledgeable to a guide however I have only waited this as four out of five as we expected a completely English-speaking tour. There were only four of us on the tour and half the tour was in Spanish and half was in English, which is not what we expected. There seemed to be quite a bit of hanging around at the beginning whilst she was translating into both languages.
