Our guide Marta was very welcoming and informative. She shared her keen knowledge about Jerez,both past and present, in a friendly and clear way. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful tour through Alcazar and the old town. Marta is a very good and experienced guide who even managed to arrange a visit to the Alcazar for us at short notice, even though it was supposedly already closed. Her motivation and great background stories made this tour a unique experience.
Wonderful tour of historic Jerez. Our guide spoke very good English and was easy to understand. Knowledge about the city’s rich history and culture. Her enthusiasm was contagious and by the end of the tour we knew the layout of the area well enough to navigate the area on our own. Great way to get some exercise and see the city.
The guide did not manage the time well, which left very little time to visit the Alcázar. As a result, we had to explore some areas on our own.

Do not book with this company! The owner is mean, rude, and has no customer service whatsoever. My train was late due to some technical issues, I messaged the owner but received no response. We were 8 minutes late due to this, and when I finally got a hold of the owner, he told me that the guide was waiting in "the square" and she would only wait for 10 minutes, and then our tour was canceled, without refund of course. They listed the wrong meeting point on Viator, so on top of being 8 minutes late from the train, I was also 20 minutes away from the meeting point THEY gave me. The owner was very rude and refused to take responsibility and blamed ME for being being the wrong place! Since we were on a guided tour, I had not done any research on the city and I had no idea how to get to this square. They told me it was a 20-minute walk, and the guide would only wait for 10 minutes, making it impossible to make our tour, even though the owner listed the wrong address. He was extremely rude to me and refused to flex or take any responsibility for his error. (We were the only people scheduled on this tour, so it would have been very straightforward to either wait for us or pick us up at the point they gave us.) Additionally, 90-minutes of our wine tour was canceled because the winery was apparently closed, and rather than arranging for a different winery, they only refunded us 4 euro. This company has horrible business practices, and is very unprofessional. They want your money and will not support you, or be flexible if something goes wrong. It does look like they did correct the meeting point address. Our guide ended up waiting for us despite, and she did do a great job. I hope she finds work with someone better. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else!!
We only got the historic part of the tour as the horse show was cancelled at the last minute as there was an international dressage competition, a fact they must have known about for months. So was the wine part, although we werent told until that day. Angel gave us a perfectly nice tour but we couldnt get over the disappointment over the incompetance of the rest of the tour.
Marta was an enthusiastic and very knowledgeable young historian. She was prompt, upbeat and provided a truly enjoyable tour of historic Jerez.
