John was very prompting on time today and picking us up at the cruise port. We went to the road with the cherry blossoms and canola flowers after that we went to a folk museum where we saw structures that were over 1000 years old and then we moved on the beach to see the mountain in the background in the beautiful blue and green waters that were crystal clear we then went to see the womendiverse and did a little shopping as well as had some lovely Korean snacks. John was a great host as I have limited mobility, he made sure I was comfortable the whole trip and got to do and see everything that we wanted to do.Would love to come back to Jeju Island, and booked him again to see the other side of the island thank you so much, John

Mr Shin was excellent english speaking and provided all my family requested on our private tour of JeJu island. He also selected a local restaurant that my family enjoyed. Flexibility to take you wherever you would like to go.

We live on a residential cruise ship (villavieresidences.com) and we arrange private tours all over the world. This one, with Harrison was perfect, and comfortable and fun. We really got a taste of Je-ju in a day. Affordable and completely customized for our diverse group.

Harrison took us to the east side of the island since we arrived for partial day cruise port. He took us to Kimnyung beach, coastal drive and to the Haenyeon Museum, Sungsan Sunrise Peak and a detour to go shopping. Best of all was a nice local lunch with wonderful banchan. He shared his love of the island, and there was simply not enough time.

I only had one day to explore Jeju, and this tour was exactly what I needed. Ken tailored the route to match what I wanted to see, and even added in a few surprises I wouldn’t have found on my own. His knowledge of the island and calm driving made the whole experience so smooth. We hit major sights like Seongsan and Hallasan, but also found quiet scenic spots. I left feeling like I truly saw Jeju in just one day.

We booked a private tour with Jeju Taxi Tour John during one of our cruise port stops, and our guide, Mr. Kim, was absolutely exceptional! Friendly, knowledgeable, energetic, and funny, he made every stop come alive with fascinating stories and local insights. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and having a great time, and he even took beautiful photos for our family. Thanks to Mr. Kim, our experience was unforgettable, and we completely fell in love with Jeju Island.

Had a lovely day with Steve who took very good care of us. He was friendly and helpful took us to some beautiful places, knew a great lunch spot where we had a true Korean bbq experience with super friendly staff and he answered any questions we had. The communication on WhatsApp was great beforehand and he took some great pictures of us as a family. Overall definitely recommend John's tours especially if you only have a short amount of time on the island to make the most of it.

We were happy with our driver, Mr. Jung. The car was spacious and immaculate for four people (an Ioniq 5), and both John and Mr. Jung were very quick to respond over Whats App to arrange our pickup at the cruise port. We had a short day on Jeju, so Mr. Jung drove us to three locations (temple, cliffs, waterfalls) which were all beautiful and he had us back at the port in time for our departure. He didn't provide much of a "tour" as his English was limited, but we were able to communicate and at each location he would get out to explain where to purchase the entry tickets and give us tips about which areas or paths to take or avoid (some trails at the waterfalls were closed and required a detour). That was very helpful. He would then wait in the car for us to return. Overall, we were happy with this arrangement but I'd say it was more like having an enhanced taxi ride but not quite a "tour" as he wasn't able to teach us about the island or the attractions we visited. Others may prefer more of a tour guide than this.
