When booking in the office I was told they pick me up at the hotel, but then they told me they won´t do it. When I got there my name wasn´t on their list. People on the same tour paid different prices. It´s overpriced compared to other tour agencies. Guide didn´t care much about the people. Was joking about tourists.

About the pick-up, we only offer free pick-ups at Hotels (private apartments or stays are not included) that are located in the city center of Ponta Delgada upon our availability. As you did the tour I can guarantee that your name was on one of our lists. Since we have a lot of tours leaving that the same time we have to check all of them. Our daily work is based on our client’s feedback about their experience with us and one of the main feedback is the staff attention and all the information we give to them. We completely enjoyed three different full day small group tours with ANC Tours, and especially with our guide, Rubin. Not only does Rubin have a deep knowledge of the islands important geographic features, but also historical information of the people, the villages and so many interesting pieces of the island’s current life. We highly recommend Rubin and ANC Tours. They offer a wide range of tours both land and sea.

Great choice to see these fantastic places. We were guided by Mr. Ruben Faria who did not spare effort to explain everything about the island, its locations, the best place for photography, etc. Lunch in the lagoon of the seven cities Rest. blue lagoon, Service buffet included in the tour, very good food. Good mood and good Mood on a memorable day!

We had Gabriel as our guide and spent a great day! Lots of great places and views enjoyed and well eaten. Gabriel tell us a lot about the Azores and the people here! We would be happy to recommend this tour! Tip: Take a jacket!
Amazing experience if you like outdoor experience. The food was superb and had one of the best local beers as well...
The experience was very good, the tour fantastic and the places you see spectacular. In a single morning we toured the whole area. My children and I hallucinate the buggy on the roads. The bugys are great, they are very fast and very nice to drive. Luis the guide was very attentive and gave us many explanations. The activity was full day but we arrived at seven towns at 12.30 to eat at a restaurant that we were taken to (the very bad food). On the way back we went to the green lake and the blue lake and we were more than half an hour standing in each of them resting, which was also good because the area was very nice. The problem is that on the way back instead of going by roads we did the whole stretch by road and it was very boring plus all the cars overtook you and we didn't like it at all. To go 4 people and pay 300 euros for this activity I think they should offer the part of the return, at least a more pleasant tour than the one we did, otherwise it is better to do only the half day tour.
