Jantar Segredos do Asado em Buenos Aires

This was a great experience. Great food and great host. Plenty of meat and wine. The host was also very accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we missed the scheduled dinner. But Sacha was very nice and rescheduled us in another date.

We decided to do this on a whim and it was the best part of our trip to Buenos Aires. Sacha was an excellent host and was happy to explain everything in as much detail as we wanted. you can be as hands on as you would like or you can just sit back, relax and drink some wine. Sasha offered a great assortment of meats and has an excellent grill to demonstrate everything on. We tried a bunch of different meats while in Buenos Aires and honestly everything else disappointed compared to what we made with Sacha. He went into detail on the different types of woods he uses as well as temperature regulation and grilling techniques. Overall, it was a great experience and he even let us know about a speakeasy that was nearby that we walked to afterwards. I would HIGHLY recommend.

Sacha was amazing! We arrived as strangers and left as family. This experience was the top highlight of our trip to Argentina. We ate at a number of different steak houses and nothing came close to the food Sacha prepared for us. He introduced us to the true Argentina culture! This experience is a must do on your visit to Buenes Aires!

It was an absolutely beautiful experience The food prep was fun and educational The other guest were fun and engaging And the host family took good care of the food and us. An experience never to forget and food was delicious (most beef)

Probably the best meat I’ve tasted in my life. So glad I decided to do this experience instead of just going to a boring steakhouse restaurant. Sacha is an awesome guy and knows his stuff when it comes to meat and asados. He is super welcoming, and explains every step of the grilling process, including some tips I never would have guessed. We had a TON of meat, cheese, grilled peppers with eggs, dessert, and lots of wine.

Amazing food and great atmosphere! Sacha is an expert asado chef and does a fantastic job of making the dinner an interactive experience. There is plenty of wine to go along with the steak which makes the experience even better

This is a proper, must-do experience for people who appreciate a good BBQ. Sacha is an amazing host - friendly, knowledgeable and attentive , and he succeeds (in my opinion) to show the spirit of the "Asado" experience, which is a slow paced evening with friends, grilled meat and good wine. Not only we learned a lot about the Argentinian way to prepare meat on the grill, but we had a great meal - the meat was better than in top tier restaurants we visited beforehand. Loved my local experience at Secrets of Asado located at a neighbourhood house in quaint Palermo (the real Buenos Aires) where I was warmly greeted by the very handsome and sweet Sacha, a true gentleman and host. I was guided through Sasha's family home to a beautiful courtyard where my friends and I was treated to a fabulous traditional Asado. Enjoyed the the families favourite wines and of course Mendoza Malbec beautifully prepared cooked cheese (I can't remember the name) yet it was delicious! I was invited to prepare my own signature chimichurri from herbs and spices to accompany the Asado meat which I helped prepare and cook on the family grill. A fantastic evening of learning, tasting and laughing!! Thank you so much for being the perfect host Sachia. I highly recommend this evening of local joy and wish I could go back and do it again when I'm back in Palermo...Buenos Aires. 🥰
