Gulbir has taken me to Jaipur he was here at the hotel at 4.30 am dispite the tur was start ing at 5.00 am. It was longdrive of four hours one way I was feeling very safe with his driving ant the car was clean and orderly I am happy that he was my driver for the day heis a kind gemtelman.

This tour was absolutely amazing. As a single female traveling alone, I always stay on guard during my travels. However as soon as I met my driver and guide I was immediately put at ease. Suresh, was my driver and was so friendly. I’m a thirsty girl and he had a steady stream of water for me on the way to Jaipur and back, as well as great WiFi throughout the entire trip. He was a great driver and gave me great insights along the drive and was very understanding when I had to sprawl out and fall asleep in the back of the car. Dilip, my tour guide, was equally amazing. I’m a history and culture buff and he anticipated all my questions and easily answered anything I asked. We started the day with the city palace and the royal palace. He made sure to plan the tour in a way to avoid crowds and in most of the areas we had the rooms to ourselves. This was especially great, because Dilip knew all the great photo locations and was more than willing to take my picture with the beautiful background. Then we were to the Amber Fort to see the famous stepwell and living quarters of the previous majarahans. Finally we ended the day with an exquisite lunch. The garlic naan and gulab junam were to die for. Needless to say I would highly recommend this trip to single travelers, couples and families. Ask for Dilip and Suresh. You won’t be disappointed!

As a tour I think a day was too short - it took 5 hours+ driving each way due to traffic, so the time in Jaipur was limited. An earlier start would help. Suresh the driver was great - a very good driver and the guide Dilip was well informed and interesting. One thing the company could make clearer is that monument fees are not included and are relatively expensive and also that you have to pay the guide too. However if your time is limited you can pack a lot in !!
