Jaime's at the Blue Reef - Pausa de praia com tudo incluído

We had an incredible time at Jaime’s. Great food and drink. Great beach. Great location right on a strip of shops and services. Service from Chucho, Robert, and Ale was fantastic. Chucho was especially attentive to us. 10 out of 10 for us for a very restful and fun beach day.

This is a super place to go. Every staff member seemed to try to out do the others. Food and drinks were great in presentation and quality. Took whole family teens and adults all went on about how nice it was, and how good service and food was. Hope to return soon. My go to place!

The people running Jame’s were really really nice. (Shout out to Elsa!) However, the experience was tainted by lack of clarity from Viator. The instructions to get to the hotel are a little bit confusing, but after we did actually make it there, it was very hard for them to find our reservation. In addition, they insisted that massages were not included. Viator sent an exhaustive amount of notices that we would be charged, but our receipt showed only the dollar amount. For over $200 you would expect that is more than just tacos and a chair in front of a roped off square of shallow water. Fortunately, I took a screenshot of the original listing which said we could choose from four different massages. Unfortunately, the manager said that massages were not included and reluctantly agreed to a short massage and we could not choose what type. Because it started off that way, it was difficult to relax. The food was really good though and Chucho was attentive. I see that today they changed the description- buyer beware. I would recommend booking directly through the proprietor for a better experience.

This was our second visit to Jaime's at the Blue Reef and it did not disappoint. This year we had a group of 12 and this was everyone's favorite stop on the cruise. food is great, drinks are strong and the views incredible. This area feels like an old fishing village with lots of action going on to watch.

This was a nice experience and the staff was super friendly. The drinks were great and the food was superb. The beach was nice and we had chairs and an umbrella waiting for us when we got there. Really inexpensive taxi ride to the area and easy to find. The only reason for 4 out of 5 is that the snorkel was not great. There were a few small coral areas but it was mostly grass and sand. The water was pretty but for snorkeling it was a bit cloudy. Overall, I would recommend. You can beat the location and service for the price!!

This place was great. Easy to get too Very attentive servers. Quiet. All inclusive. Everything we ate was excellant. Its not luxurious but very comfortable.

I loved this place! Deff recommend if you’re travelling with families as all the employees welcomed us with such open arms: big thanks to ale, digby,chucho,roberto, and ro. The food was truly incredible and had an authentic mexican feel. Thank you to all of you for an incredible stay

The views were incredible, the food and service were even better! The coconut shrimp was lights out! Highly recommend! My only regret... is that i can't come back tomorrow for another round

The massage was one of the best we ever had. The place was so authentic. Open air with beautiful local decorations. The staff was friendly. The margaritas were outstanding. The food was made fresh with the kitchen right behind the table area. It is close to the port and is walkable. Loved it and will do it again. The pool however, is small, but good if you wanted to just cool off. We did not use it but it is on the way to the rooms for the massage.
